Brownback Press Conference to Announce Chinese Wholesale Spying on Olympic Hotel Guests

In District of Columbia et al. v. Heller (No. 07-290) a slim 5-4 majority found the D.C. ban to violate the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which reads, "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state , the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Qantas jet lands with gaping hole in fuselage

There were no injuries, but some passengers vomited after disembarking the Boeing 747-400, said Octavio Lina, Manila International Airport Authority deputy manager for operations. The cabin's floor gave way, he said, exposing some of the cargo beneath and part of the ceiling collapsed.
