The men of Europe conquered and colonized most of the world, and while they are derided by some for the abuses colonization often created, many a “native” people would still be dancing naked round campfires and eating each other had it not been for European influence. (Although it must be pointed out that despite the Europeans best efforts in some places like the deep Amazon and Papau, New Guinea New folks still dance naked round camp fires and still do eat each other)!

Oil, What, Where & When in North America Over the Next 3 Years

Many countries have very heavy crude oil and it can only be used to refine certain products. Saudi crude cannot be used for gasoline production because of this. Mexico and Venezuela also have almost all of their oil as heavy crude. It can be used to produce heavy bunker oil used in ships and asphalt production. In Canada's Alberta oil patch, the oilsands is also very heavy crude and must be refined in an upgrader to allow it to become a very light crude then be refined into gasoline and other light oil products. It costs a great deal more time and money to refine the heavy crudes into light grade products..A certain percentage of very heavy crude is also lost in the double refining process which is one reason it brings a much lower price.

Brave Men and Women - Facing Deportation

By Ros Prynn, Newsblaze.comA vote was taken in the Canadian parliament this afternoon. It was a motion to allow US self-styled "war resisters" permanent resident status in Canada. Although there is a mere handful of these 'brave' resisters willing to publicy identify themselves, estimates range from 100 - 300 as the number of US citizens who have gone into hiding within Canada's borders, because they don't want to go to war. These people seem to have forgotten that today's US military is all VOLUNTEER.
