As vote tallying came to a close Wednesday night, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud Party emerged as the clear victor in the Israeli election, besting the runner-up Zionist Union party headed by the Labor Party leader Isaac Herzog and his running mate, Tzipi Livni. As a result, Netanyahu has gained the upper hand in forming the country's next coalition government.

Clinton's Evasive Press Conference

A short press conference held at the United Nations in an effort to tamp down a growing email scandal was vintage Hillary Clinton: long on self-righteous, self-aggrandizing assertions, and woefully short on anything resembling genuine information.

Top U.K. University Blacklists Israeli Academic Institutions

Last week, in yet another familiarly tiresome portrayal of anti-Semitism parading itself as Palestinian "solidarity," students and staff at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) voted to initiate a boycott against all Israeli academic institutions. The vote at one of the United Kingdom's top universities was conducted over the course of a week, and after the announcement late Friday afternoon, partying broke out on the central London campus--along with a request for university authorities to cut their ties to Jerusalem's Hebrew University.

Hillary's Public Records Deception

In yet another damning revelation underscoring her unfitness for the presidency, Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private email account to conduct government business during her four-year tenure as Secretary of State. According to State Department officials, Clinton may have violated the Federal Records Act requiring correspondence by government officials to be retained as part of the agency's records.

Government Takeover of the Internet Begins

In a vote along party lines, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved what amounts to a government takeover of the Internet. FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler and his fellow Democrats, Mignon Clyburn and Jessica Rosenworcel, approved placing the Internet under Title II regulations.

DHS Funding Battle Goes Down to the Wire

Unless the issue is resolved between now and Friday, there will be a "shutdown" of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) due to the GOP's determination to withhold funding for President Obama's dubious immigration agenda. The quotes around the word shutdown reflect the fatuousness behind the hysteria being whipped up by the Obama administration and their media allies.

ISIS Trafficking Human Organs?

If reports coming out of Iraq are accurate, the depraved savagery of ISIS has reached yet another new low. According to Iraqi Ambassador to the United Nations Mohamed Alhakim, ISIS is harvesting human organs to finance its war operations--and has executed a dozen doctors for failing to go along with the program.

The Muslim Brotherhood-ISIS Connection

President Obama's ongoing antipathy towards Egypt is no accident. Our feckless president has long had a soft spot in his heart for the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), and Egypt's removal of the terror group from the corridors of power has rankled the administration. So what is it the Egyptians understand and our president denies? The Egyptian Minister of Religious Endowments insists that ISIS was birthed by the MB.

Obama's Internet Power Grab

In a completely unsurprising development, one of the two Republican Commissioners on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has made it clear the Obama administration's effort to regulate the Internet is nothing more than another government power grab.

One Million Child Victims of Muslim Rape Gangs in the U.K.?

In a gut-wrenching development, it may turn out that last year's report detailing a decade-and-a-half of sexual exploitation inflicted on at least 1,400 children from Rotherham, England--and the PC-driven effort to cover it up--may represent the proverbial tip of the iceberg. The city's Labor MP Sarah Champion believes as many as one million children may have been victimized, describing it as a "national disaster" that requires the establishment of a task force to deal with the "horror."

The Plight of the Yazidis

Despite the current focus on ISIS, the ongoing barbarity inflicted against the Yazidis, a group of people who have inhabited Iraq's mountainous northwestern region for centuries, remains largely below the radar. And while this estimated population of approximately 500,000 has been the target of hatred by Muslims who see them as heretical devil-worshipers, ISIS has upped the ante. While the world largely looks away, a genocidal level of extermination proceeds apace. "Our entire religion is being wiped off the face of the earth," warned Yazidi leader Vian Dakhil--last August.

ISIS Burns Jordanian Pilot to Death

The bloodthirsty barbarity of ISIS has reached a new low. A video released by the Islamic terror group shows captured Jordanian pilot, First Lt. Moaz al-Kasasbeh, inside a cage. A trail of lit gasoline eventually engulfs him in flame, burning him alive.

Japan Targeted by ISIS

A video entitled "A Message to the Government and People of Japan" posted online Tuesday (and since removed) shows a purported ISIS thug brandishing a knife and standing between two Japanese hostages. Huckabee on God, Guns, Grits and Gravy

Mike Huckabee's latest book, "God, Guns, Grits, and Gravy" is an entertaining compendium of the former Arkansas Governor's take on a number of the salient political issues of the day. And as the title suggests, that point of view emanates from a proud member of "flyover country."

Cyber Insecurity

In a coincidence many Americans may see as emblematic of the administration's approach to global terror, President Obama was addressing the nation regarding cyber security Monday while hackers claiming to represent ISIS assumed control over the media accounts of the U.S. military's Central Command (CENTCOM). "ISIS is already here, we are in your PCs, in each military base. With Allah's permission we are in CENTCOM now," said one tweet sent from CENTCOM's account.

Boehner Survives

The ideological differences between the establishment GOP and the party's conservative wing became more evident yesterday during the latest election for Speaker of the House. Hours before the vote, a "dump Boehner" movement aimed at denying the Ohio Republican a third term appeared to be gaining momentum. "A fresh start often requires change, and I believe that change should start with the election of a new Speaker," wrote Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on his Facebook page.
