If there’s one thing we know, it’s that Democrats think James Comey is a monster whose incompetence robbed Hillary of her rightful place upon America’s throne.
If you follow me over on Twitter, and you should, you know I don’t think Trump had a great day yesterday. No, I don’t think it was “Treason.” I don’t think it was an indication that he’s “owned by Putin.” I don’t think he should be impeached, and I don’t think it – in any way – diminishes his accomplishments as President. I just don’t think it was one of his better appearances.
For just a moment – because a moment is all I can stand – I’m going to pretend I’m Dianne Feinstein. I’m 85 years old, I’m the oldest currently serving Senator, and I’ve been a stalwart voice for left-wing issues throughout the entirety of my almost impossibly-long career.
It was no secret that hardcore progressives – who now view lifelong leftist Dianne Feinstein as some kind of right-wing overlord – were going to attempt to stomp California deeper into the left-wing Democrat mire by denying Feinstein their party’s endorsement. Still, it was supposed to be a close vote. No one expected the landslide defeat that Feinstein suffered this weekend.
I’m willing to bet it went something like this: A 20-year-old college socialist heard the phrase “Israeli occupation of Palestine” over and over again. As her political views solidified, and she made her meteoric rise through the ranks of the now-socialist New York Democratic Party, she realized that the radical base loves to hear people say it.
If you’ve been on any of the various social media platforms this morning, you’ve seen Dems jumping through hoops to defend disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok. It’s completely ridiculous, but there’s simply no avoiding it. Whether they’re trying to portray their new favorite liar as some sort of war hero, or simply arguing that he did his job to the best of his ability, they’re extending him a benefit of doubt that they would NEVER offer an FBI agent who had similarly attacked a Democrat candidate.
As you watch the following clip, please keep one thing in mind. The Purple Heart is given to honor service men and women who have been injured or killed in combat. It is the country’s oldest military award and, as the V.A. puts it, “one of the most recognized and respected medals awarded to members of the U.S. armed forces.”
Despite the fact that we never expect much to come out of these hearings, we were glued to C-Span here at Cain HQ. At first, we weren’t disappointed. Strzok is as smarmy and self-righteous as you’d expect, Trey Gowdy came out of the gate with a blistering series of pointed questions that put him back on his heels, and the Democrats were – as usual – desperate to shield “their guy” from the proceedings.
For a long time – years in fact – we’ve heard rumblings that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson wants to run for President. He recently admitted considering it and, every so often, we go through a round of political will he/won’t he.
Imagine you’re a leftist Democrat. I know it’s horribly unpleasant, but don’t worry. I won’t make you do this for long. Just imagine you’re a leftist Democrat.
You just lost what you thought was a slam dunk election because your own party cheated the guy you wanted to be your presidential nominee.
Listen. I’m glad Paul Ryan is “very disturbed” that disgraced FBI attorney Lisa Page has defied a congressional subpoena. He should be. Page was supposed to appear this morning and, apparently, decided she had better things to do than comply with the law.
Yesterday, I offered this collection of left-wingers indulging in a pre-planned freakout over the Kavanaugh nomination. This morning, Dan shared a video of some of the same politically-neutered folks screeching and wailing as if the world would soon end. A few minutes ago, the boss explained why he thinks the “stop Kavanaugh” effort is headed for failure. Now, I’ll go him one better.
At the top of this page, you’ll see a picture of Cory Booker surrounded by “Stop Kavanaugh” signs. This image was posted on Twitter at roughly 9:13 PM last night. Considering the time of the announcement, this means one of two things:
Let’s face it. If you work for CNN, you’re part of a machine that’s pushing a very specific agenda. Your goal is to attack, demonize, and bring down the presidency of Donald Trump by any means necessary.
Tonight at 9PM, President Trump will unveil his next Supreme Court nominee. That person will, immediately, be reviled by the left. They will be branded a racist, a misogynist, a Nazi, a monster, a fascist, and all of the other standard left-wing attack labels.

The nomination of the next Supreme Court nominee has the media in a tizzy, conservatives excited, and Democrats in as sort of bipolar hysteria that careens wildly back and forth between rage and panic.
Last week, liberal hearts were all aflutter. 28-year-old socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, managed to push New York Congressman Joe Crowley out of a seat he’d held for a decade. Suddenly, the far-left had a candidate they could get behind.
A funny thing happened over the weekend: Democrats admitted that “elections have consequences.” Sure, we’ve heard them use that phrase when they defeat a Republican, but it’s pretty rare that they bring it up when the White House isn’t occupied by one of their own. Clearly, something has changed.
