For the last six years, they've told us "it's working." As I pointed out earlier, they're right. It worked exactly as it was supposed to. The only think that didn't work according to the Democrats' plan was their atrocious 2016 presidential candidate. Hillary was supposed to win and give us single-payer.

Straight repeal is the last chance for Republicans to save their party - fail, and it's all over.

When we last saw Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA), he was telling us that the GOP didn't ready a bill to replace ObamaCare because they didn't think Trump would win. Back in March, I argued that we shouldn't be looking at "repeal and replace." We should be looking at "repeal," full stop. Then we can try to pass some fixes that lower costs, stimulate competition, and address insurance availability for low-income individuals. That was just before the GOP tried - and embarrassingly failed - to pass a "repeal and replace" bill that vitually no one liked.

People have debated whether he meant "there's no way" Mexico could pay for such a massive project, or if he was saying "there's no way" they would, but the gist is the same.
