SCOTUS Lets Idaho Protect Children From Medical Mutilation

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, the U.S. Supreme Court issued an emergency order allowing Idaho to enforce its statewide ban on harmful puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and irreversible mutilating surgeries for minors. With Chief Justice John Roberts abstaining from any opinion, the High Court ruled 5-3 to largely vacate a lower court’s decision to fully block Idaho’s law. However, the High Court allowed puberty blockers and hormone treatments to continue for the two anonymous teenagers whose families sued to block the law.

Good News Clubs Must Have Equal Access in Hawaii

HONOLULU, HI – Liberty Counsel filed a reply brief on behalf of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Hawaii (CEF) against the Hawaii State Department of Education and four of its superintendents for unconstitutionally discriminating against and blocking CEF from hosting its elementary school Good News Clubs in certain district facilities that are open to other, similarly situated non-religious organizations.

Victory for Unborn Life in Maine

AUGUSTA, ME – A proposed state constitutional amendment in Maine that would have enshrined a right to kill unborn babies up to birth has failed in the Maine legislature and has been disqualified for the November 2024 ballot.

In Maine, both legislative chambers are required to pre-approve any constitutional amendments with a two-thirds majority vote before its placed on the ballot for voters to then ratify or reject.

Abortion Now Illegal Under Most Circumstances in Arizona

PHOENIX, AZ – Today, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled 4-2 that abortion is illegal statewide with the exception to save the mother’s life. In Planned Parenthood Arizona v. Mayes, the Court stated that “physicians are now on notice that all abortions, except those necessary to save a woman’s life, are illegal.” The 1864 near-total abortion ban can once again go into effect after 14 days.

Three Dissenting Justices Got It Right – FL Abortion Amendment “Misleads” Voters


While the Florida Supreme Court ruled 4-3 that a deceptive proposal to codify unrestricted abortion in the state constitution could go before voters this November, three justices got it right in their dissents. They correctly argued that the proposed amendment “misleads” voters and “fails” to convey the far-reaching legal consequences if voted into law.

Florida Supreme Court – No Right to Abortion in Florida Constitution


Today, the Florida Supreme Court issued a groundbreaking opinion that upholds the 15-week abortion ban and overrules the prior abortion opinions going back to the first abortion opinion in 1989 – the In re T.W. case. In doing do, the Court ruled there is no right to abortion in the Florida Constitution. Now that the 15-week ban has been upheld, the six-week ban will soon go into effect.

Teachers and Students Cannot Be Compelled To Participate in LGBTQ Curriculum

MAPLE GROVE, MN – As a result of Liberty Counsel’s demand letter to the superintendent of Osseo Area School District 279 in Minnesota, the school district has confirmed that teachers and students are free to exercise their legal rights to opt out of participating in the “LGBTQIA+ History and Culture Lesson” scheduled to be implemented in the high school curriculum next week.

Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, regarding the FDA’s removal of critical safeguards allowing near-unfettered access to the chemical abortion drug Mifepristone, half of a two-drug protocol used to end pregnancies in early stages.

Wyoming Protects Children From Medical Mutilation


CHEYENNE, WY – Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon signed a bill that bans harmful puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and irreversible mutilating surgeries for minors. Gov. Gordon signed SF 0099 also known as the “Children Gender Change Prohibition,” after the state Senate overwhelmingly passed it 26-5 and the House passed it 36-25. Wyoming is now the 24th state to protect children from these experimental procedures.

Congressional Hearing Confirms “Industrial Scale” Aborted Baby Trafficking

SCOTUS Considers Government Censorship of Social Media

WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Murthy v. Missouri where Missouri and Louisiana assert Biden administration officials violated the First Amendment by illegally coercing Big Tech companies to censor and suppress constitutionally-protected viewpoints on social media. The High Court is considering whether the government illegally coerced, or just legally persuaded, social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google into suppressing content on a wide range of issues.

The Biden administration is appealing a lower court ruling that found officials had violated the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter, and Google into suppressing content on a wide-range of issues, including the validity of the 2020 election, COVID-19 policies, abortion, and gender discussions.
