Operation Fast and Furious (one of the more jaw-droppingly insane gambits undertaken by the Obama Regime), was a devious ploy designed to take away our right to bear arms, by blaming gun stores and gun owners for an influx of weapons funneled to the drug cartels in Mexico by the US government. The MSM (well, CBS), has by some strange fluke actually been covering this newsworthy story that throws the Obama Administration into a very bad light. Sharyl Attkisson, a CBS journalist (

real journalism), was recently yelled at by some high level government staffers for her tenacious investigation of Operation Fast and Furious. According to a report by Fox News, "Judging from the White House's reaction to her investigation, it seems officials there know they are in deep, hot water."

Imagine that -- the Obama Regime being concerned about what the ignorant masses think -- who'd have thought? But this article's main concern is not with nefarious attempts to take away our 2nd Amendment right -- I merely wanted to give "Holder's Noose" some air-time. What I mainly wish to discuss here is the difference between the liberal mob, "we the people," and America's "aristocrats."
Ann Coulter in her book "Demonic" painstakingly describes the mob mentality that fuels the left-wing's behavior -- a mentality that is sometimes menacing, often irrational, and always self-righteous. In what must be considered a serendipitous turn of events for her book's sales; Coulter no sooner published her book on the Left's mob mentality, then they furnished her with live demos, as if on cue -- first in Wisconsin, and then with the "Days of Rage" crowds.

Be that as it may, if you have been doing your homework, you now know that the left-wing mob pretty much owns the store when it comes to hate, violence, and bigotry. Nazis, KKK, Black Panther Party, Killing Fields, Concentration camps, Gulags, et al. -- they all have their roots in the Far Left.
So now that "we the people" know who
really lays and hatches these eggs of poison, we can just put all the eggs into one basket, and
watch that basket -- right? Well, not quite, there is still at least one other element that "we the people" need to keep an eye on -- the "aristocrats."

Coulter does an admirable job of describing the left-wing mob during the French Revolution. But as well researched as "Demonic" is, there is one factor that is conspicuously absent from the book -- i.e. a discussion of the nobility, the aristocracy, i.e. the Right.
Our use of the terms "Left" and "Right" originated in the days of the French Revolution "when members of the National Assembly divided into supporters of the king to the president's right and supporters of the revolution to his left." While it is indisputably true that the French left-wing was responsible for monumental bloodshed and terror, it would be a mistake to think that the right-wing was pure as the driven snow. There would have been no revolution had the French aristocracy not been largely arrogant a--holes. They were certainly no friend to the people.

The reason I bring this up is because it would be a grave mistake for us to assume that because someone opposes the Far Left, it automatically means that they are on the side of the angels. America has its ruling class, its "aristocracy," and they are interested in acquiring and keeping power, not in protecting the rights of "we the people." They come in a right-wing version as well as left, and "we the people" best take them into account.
In order to join the aristocracy you must above all things be a conformist. As S. T. Karnick noted in his article "The Productive Class and the American Aristocracy," "the ruling class is by no means a meritocracy. On the contrary, what is required is conformity, and it is enforced without pity."

This subject deserves its own article, so I'll not pursue it here, other than to say that it is important that we start recognizing some of the differences between, for example, a true constitutional conservative, a faux conservative, a reactionary, and an "aristocrat." True conservatism is always moving forward, evolving, improving -- there is nothing reactionary in it, and most certainly there is nothing aristocratic about it.
In truth, the political spectrum can be seen as more of an Up versus Down, rather than a Left versus Right. Down toward tyranny, greed, chaos, violence, darkness, contraction, illogic, materialism, despair, stagnation, and Godlessness; or Up toward freedom, light, peace, charity, logic, expansion, improvement, spirituality, hope, and God.
In conclusion, I pray that as many people as possible make it to Washington DC on Veteran's Day, November 11, for the upcoming protest, but if for some reason you cannot make it, I hope that you will at least get involved doing parallel activities in your local area or state Capitol. To paraphrase Hillel "If not me, who, if not now, when?"
