Rizzolo/Henry Settlement Was Only “Partial”

New information indicates that the settlement reached on Friday was between Kirk and Amy Henry and Lisa Rizzolo only. It did not include Kimtran Rizzolo, or the IRS.

The MINUTE ORDER (below) only mentions Lisa Rizzolo, and relates to the funds she stashed in the Cook Islands on behalf of her ex-husband Rick. Nowhere in any document released so far is mention of the $3 million dollars transferred to Rick Rizzolo's stepmother Kimtran Rizzolo from the sale of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too. Kimtran Rizzolo's Philadelphia funds are currently tied up based on her pending appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court. Also not mentioned in current documents are the back taxes and penalties Rick Rizzolo has been court ordered to pay the IRS. This story is far from over. - SM
