Obama claims Ho Chi Minh was fan of Founding Fathers

Move over Jane Fonda, President Barack Obama has all but toppled you from that iconic anti-aircraft gun perch as as America’s top Communist Viet Nam booster.
Talking to reporters as he stood beside Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang yesterday, Obama told his biggest whopper to date:...”we discussed the fact that Ho Chi Minh was actually inspired by the U.S. Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and the words of Thomas Jefferson.” (Fox News, July 25, 2013) Facts, Barack Obama style, are more like something made up as Obama goes along surrounded by a mainstream media who let him away with it. Truth is Ho Chi Minh was about as inspired by the U.S. Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and the words of Thomas Jefferson as Obama is.

The lies of a president won’t pass muster with the families of nearly 60,000 Americans who gave their all in the Viet Nam war that Obama is now trying to pass off as just a misunderstanding. Even current President Truong Tan Sang would know that Ho Chi Minh, an out-and-out communist, was no fan of the U.S. Declaration of Independence nor a big fan of Thomas Jefferson. Obama has about as much credibility in white washing Ho Chi Minh as he has in trying to portray Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the IRS and NSA as “phony” scandals. Incredible how he who many call the “usurper” rather than the president would take every chance he gets to insult Americans by making up lies about American history, a history he played no part in, other than living an easy life of privilege but dramatically claiming otherwise when it’s convenient. Fans who idolize the communist dictator to this day still refer to him as “Uncle Ho” as Obama once referred to communist mentor Frank Marshall as “Frank”. Following Ho Chi Minh’s death in 1969, over a million Viet Nam people, many of whose relatives were put to death as dissidents by the brutal dictator fled to North America and elsewhere becoming forever known as “The Boat People”. The number of people who died at sea trying to find freedom is recorded somewhere between 200,000 and 400,000. Even so, in Viet Nam communists preserved his corpse Lenin-like in a city named in Ho’s honour. There are some who will conclude that Obama may have just been trying to suck up to his guest who was obviously eager to show that Ho was not the monster history recorded him to be. Chris Stirewalt, of Fox News writes, “But his connection between the American founders and Ho shows either a massive lack of historical knowledge on the part of the president or a remarkable degree of moral flexibility.” Still others will insist on calling a spade a spade. Obama was taking another hard kick at the America he seeks to fundamentally transform into just another socialist state.
