Fighting for What's Right

A brief video of Sarah Palin in OK during her book signing tour is a typical scene that often repeats itself all across the United States; supporters showing up in droves - lining up for hours in advance - to receive an autograph or merely to offer support and thanks for her unmatched efforts to restore our republic; expressing earnest gratitude for her commitment to lead from the front, for channeling and directing the attention of constitutional conservatives across our great country; ever campaigning for others of constitutional conservative persuasion such as Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, winning against the RINO Establishment in more often than not.
As Sen. Cruz pointed out during his impromptu introduction of Gov. Palin's 2012 CPAC speech, "I would not be in the U.S. Senate today if it were not for Governor Palin." Imagine if you will how much worse - how much weaker, timid, capitulating, compliant and ineffective our Congress would be today without the intelligent, well-informed and persuasive arguments made by Gov. Sarah Palin since she first displayed her unique high-voltage ability to articulate constitutional conservatism before a euphoric and wildly enthusiastic crowd at the Republican National Convention in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in early September of 2008. Then-Vice Presidential nominee, Gov. Palin described herself as "an average hockey mom," but America soon realized there was nothing "average" about her dynamism or genuine conservative credibility. Without a doubt, she is the most thoroughly vetted candidate in the history of American politics, and most despised by enemies of freedom and Constitutional Republicanism.

Gov. Palin has proven time and again more than worthy and richly deserving of the moniker given Margaret Thatcher by autocrats within the former Soviet Union after she boldly criticized and openly identified a Soviet communist threat of world domination: "Iron Lady." Sarah Palin is an iron lady and one of us: an unpretentious and completely real, hard-working, honest, moral, principled American that loves her country and has the strength of character to tell it like it is, fighting for what's right; fighting - as did our forefathers, regardless of the odds against defeating the military might of King George III - the Progressive Marxist left and the Progressive RINO right as they continue to slander her good name; both working vigorously to diminish her extraordinary influence with a conservative base representing most of America. I'm currently reading my copy of Good Tidings and Great Joy; it's quite excellent and a wonderful Christmas present, as it's far deeper and thought-provoking than anyone gullible enough to buy into slanderous character attacks from corrupt mainstream media, Democrats, and RINOs, or unfamiliar with her other two books may expect. As usual, she's spot on. Is there a more influential conservative figure in American politics today? Is it conceivable Gov. Palin will become our Madame President of 2016? I don't know, but anything is possible; King Barry-care has American patriots waking up with remarkable speed. Conservative inertia is tangible and building, as vapid Progressive Marxist ideology and do-nothing RINO Progressive talking points wear thin. When every other stimuli fails to register, there's one type of attention-grabbing sensation people quickly comprehend: pain. The pain is just beginning for many Americans, as leadership in both Houses of Congress will do nothing to de-fund the most tyrannical and disingenuous legislation ever foisted - in the dark of night, behind closed doors - upon an American electorate. To the contrary of what's being pedaled on multiple levels for self-serving reasons by the mainstream media and political pundits of both parties, most of the American electorate are - in point of fact - constitutional conservatives; they understand with an increasing sense of urgency that something is very wrong in America today, and that the inside-beltway crony capitalist culture and vivid corruption of Washington, D.C., is the problem. They understand politicians largely stopped representing their constituents many decades ago, and that our system of government is broken. Not irretrievably, but broken nonetheless. That having been said, time grows short; our country as founded will reach a point where its' “fundamental transformation” is no longer reversible. Only a Ronald Reagan or Margaret Thatcher-type of conservative - a fighter of resolute moral principles - will be capable of winning the support of a conservative majority in America; the type of common sense conservative majority consisting of Democrats and Republicans that won Reagan two landslide victories against the well-funded and consummately organized former Democrat Party; a party once not without some sense of propriety and honor, now wholly owned and controlled by the Progressive Marxist radical left. Gov. Reagan received a few breaks along the way to help land him in the Oval Office; the same may happen for Gov. Palin if she attracts a suitable complement of patriots with deep pockets and well-honed organizational skills, and runs against Hillary Clinton in 2016 for the presidency after first beating back the Progressive RINO Establishment candidate during the Republican primary. Considering Gov. Palin has a Facebook page of nearly four million actual supporters and packs a full house when ever and where ever she speaks, it's clear that many Americans strongly relate to her honesty and the integrity of her message and leadership, and still believe their country is worth fighting for and can again become the shining city on a hill; worthy of the liberty and free capital markets so many have fought to defend throughout our brief history as the most exceptional society ever established; exceptional because we're born free, and we fight for what's right. © Copyright Sandy Stringfellow/2013
