Motion Custom Car Show Cruises into Toronto

The Motion Custom Car Show presented by Mothers Polishes & Waxes and Canadian Tire will make its debut at the Direct Energy Centre later this month. The show will cover over 109,000 square feet of floor space, and will feature hot rods, street rods, muscle cars, custom trucks, classic cars, imports, torque monsters and everything in between.

“We’re really excited to announce the inception of the Motion Custom Car Show and our association with Gary Wallace (The Big Kahuna), who has managed car shows for over 20 years, and is a pillar in the car community.” said Mikey Singer, Director of PR and Marketing. “The Motion Custom Car show will deliver a blend of leading edge performance, tuning and creativity on wheels,” added Singer. Highlights of this year’s show include:
  • Autographs and Seminars by Stacey David host of GearZ on Speed Channel
  • Stacey David Gearz projects like the Banshee and Rat Rod Roaster
  • Show Attendees can Win Fabulous Prizes and Tickets to the Upcoming Fast and Furious movie
  • Free Hot Wheels giveaway for the first 1000 kids through the door on Saturday and Sunday
  • John Schneider from Dukes of Hazard will be there to sign autographs and shake hands with fans in the Canadian Dukes Museum booth.
  • INEXCESS II the old school 70’s style Show Car
  • Twin Engine Corvette Air Force One, Canadian Pull Champion
  • Canadian Valve Cover Racing Championship
  • 2008 Sportsman Drag Racer of the year Ted Barnes (voted by peers in the racing community)
  • Miller Welds doing interactive demonstrations on welding and cutting sheet metal properly
  • Ralph Gilles TARGA Newfoundland Race Mopar sponsored 2009 Hemi powered Challenger
  • The Canadian KITT Car Club and their six Knight Rider replicas from the original TV series

  • Singer went on to say, “From the weekend modifier to the hardcore racer, the show will feature something for everyone to see.
