The Tip of the Tea Party Iceberg

It's not the tens of thousands of grass-roots conservatives who show up at Tea Party protests around the country that have President Obama and the entire Democrat Party worried -- it's the millions of conservative Tea Party supporters who don't show up at those events that have them scared to death. Picture the Tea Party as an iceberg. Experienced seafaring navigators who travel the North Atlantic will tell you that the exposed tip of an iceberg is not their main concern, it's the huge mass of the unseen iceberg hidden below the surface that poses the greatest danger to their ships.

The TMI President

In the 1960’s, AT&T’s public relations department supposedly coined the term “ Information Age.” This past weekend during his commencement address at Hampton University, President Obama may have coined another term, “TMI Age.”

Was the Times Square Bomb Only a Test?

imageIn the midst of the love fest press conference held by Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to pat each other on the back and garner accolades from the press after the capture of Islamic terrorist Faisal Shahzad for the attempted car bombing in Times Square, three important questions were never asked – but absolutely demand answers.

The Provocateur-in-Chief

President Barrack Obama seems to relish making provocative statements and generally antagonizing his opposition. Whether it’s out of habit as a community organizer, or just a major character flaw, this president can’t seem to hold his tongue.

When Perfect Storms Collide

Set two perfect storms on a collision course and you don't have to be a seasoned meteorologist to know that the aftermath could be catastrophic. However, if these two "perfect storms" happen to be political in nature, the term catastrophic may be a bit over the top, that is unless the eyes of both storms happen to contain United States Representatives, Senators and the President.

Dealing With a Taxing Addiction

Washington is addicted! The Capital building has become one big crack house, and the drug of choice for the addicts who fill its halls is the hard earned money of the citizens of this country.

Michelle Obama’s True Agenda

Make no mistake, America; Michelle Obama is every bit as interested in following in her husband’s footsteps as Hillary Clinton was of hers - even more.

Glenn Beck is missing!

Bill O’Reilly had this guy on the other night that looked exactly like Glenn Beck, but when he started talking, I knew immediately he was an imposter.

Duct Tape Economics

Remember last fall when you used some duct tape to "repair" the flashing on your chimney instead of calling a professional roofer. You don't? How about noticing the stains on the ceiling and the water running down the wall above the fireplace while you were watching the big game. Oh yes -- now you remember.

Obama Also Inherited Bush Successes

In case you've been on another planet for the last ten months, you know that President Obama's standard answer for the economic meltdown, and his anemic prescription to fix it, has been that the blame rests wholly on his predecessor.

Obama’s “Man-Caused Disaster” Comes Home to Roost

In her first testimony before congress back in March of this year, Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano laid the groundwork for the Obama administration’s new “politically correct” Homeland Security doctrine.

Commander in Thief

After wall-to-wall media coverage of the terrorist attack at the Fort Hood Army Post in Texas, our Commander-in-Chief found it expedient to squeeze a few words about the devastating attack, on one of America’s prominent military bases, into his comments at a Tribal Nations Conference, hosted by the department of Interior’s Indian Bureau of Indian Affairs.

“Rules for Conservatives” Inspired by Doug Hoffman

When Dede Scozzafava outed herself, and all Republican moderates and RINO’s for what they truly are -- Democrats, she unwittingly gave millions of frustrated conservatives, both outside and inside the Republican Party, an opening they have long been waiting for.

Obama Finally Sheds Co-President Status

Until his speech at a DNC fundraiser in San Francisco on October 15, President Obama seemed content to share the Presidency with George W. Bush on everything from the economy to the war on terror. It was completely understandable that the young and inexperienced President would need someone to lean on until he was ready to go it alone.

How Rush Limbaugh gave America its Sundays back

Ever since I can remember, from a young boy sitting beside my dad perched in front of the old black and white 25” console, to just last week watching my high-def 42” flat screen television, pro football has been the essence of my Sundays. I’m sure this is also true for millions of other men across this great land.

Is the ‘fix in” for America?

When watching a fight with my dad, he would always tell the joke about the embattled fighter who fell exhausted on his corner stool after absorbing several rounds of punishing blows where his trainer tells him, “You’re doing great champ, he ain't laying a glove on you.” Then the bewildered and badly beaten fighter would muster enough energy to speak and say, “Keep an eye on the ref, somebody in the ring is beating the hell out of me.”
