Greg Penglis is the morning host at 1330 AM WEBY, 6-9 Central time. He is turning “talk radio” into “action radio,” by creating a “citizen legislature” out of the radio/internet audience. He also authored “The Complete Guide to Flight Instruction,” a blunt critique of our flight training system, and how best to get through it.

My Conservative Glossary

As you all know, language is everything. And the control of language is what shapes, determines and wins the national debate. As long as we use the terms of the Left, the Left wins the debate. In order to move the debate to our favor, we need to adopt and use a whole new set of terms. Those terms will lead to the acceptance of new ideas and concepts. This is my contribution so far. I come up with new terms all the time, so I will probably add to this list as situations create the need to define them in new terms. My charge to you is to add to this list in the Comments section. I know you have great ideas on this. Now is the time to express it. Perhaps I can combine all your suggestions into a future glossary that everyone can use. Please add your own terms and definitions to this list. Consider this list just a start of a much bigger project. Here is: My Conservative Glossary.

MEDIA VOTE FRAUD: How the Media has Disenfranchised the Voter and Made a Fair Election Impossible

Have you looked at your news section on your smart phone today? If yours is anything like mine, I have to wade through about 30 anti-Trump stories, both real and imagined, before I ever get close to something objective or newsworthy. There are almost no anti-Clinton stories. This is impossible. Some days there are stories that nibble at the edge of potential character flaws in Mrs. Clinton, but it’s nothing compared to the tirade against Trump.

A Miranda Instruction for Jurors on the right of Jury Nullification

There are two ways that the Judiciary have imposed their own tyranny on this nation. One is to usurp the unconstitutional power of "Judicial Review," which is judges and justices taking it upon themselves to rule on the constitutionality of laws.

GUN STAMPS: Just Like Food Stamps, Only for Guns

If there is anything truly deplorable about conservatives, it is our deplorable lack of imagination, creativity, new ideas, resourcefulness, mental flexibility, and use of language. We could use a really strong injection of humor, and our own late night talk show host on TV as well. But all in due time. First, we have to work on our language skills. Second, we have to stop being stuck forever on defense.

The Actual Job Description of the President

This usually gets lost in the mess that has become our traditional campaign season, but never has it gone more off the rails than this time, and by both campaigns. We are about to elect a President. It should be the job of the media to properly describe exactly what the President is allowed and required to do, and which candidate and policies most closely line up with the Constitution.

Why All Illegal Aliens Are Criminals

The Left never ceases to amaze me how they can twist anything to suit their purposes, to act without conscience, to say anything that they think will get them ahead, to come up with new language designed to advance a political agenda, and to change the dictionary meaning of any word or phrase in common use to push whatever bogus point or argument suits them at the time. The latest case is artificially classifying illegal aliens into criminals and non-criminals. Criminal illegal aliens have committed some crime “since” coming to the United States.

Isn't the President "Automatically" Commander in Chief? Well... No!

We live in a world of assumptions. We live by those assumptions. We believe our assumptions. Those assumptions hold more value for us than truth. When faced with a new truth that contradicts our assumptions, the assumptions are given the weight of truth, and the truth is reduced to a mere assumption.

A Liberal Friend Asks: “Aren’t You Tired of Apologizing for Trump?”

It started as a Facebook post, and grew from there into a whole article. I really wanted to answer the question for those who had no idea what is happening this election. The media is full of all the reasons not to vote for Trump, yet confounding that are millions of people who support him and don’t believe the polls, or much of anything else that is said about Trump.

How Technology Feminizes Real Men

There is a common joke among women that men never ask for directions when lost. And along with that description is the implied assumption that men are idiots for not asking directions.

Why Judges are Incapable of Ruling on the Second Amendment

In planning this article, the murder of police officers in Dallas occurred. I thought of holding off to honor the victims first, but then the Obama Administration immediately began the call for more illegal gun laws, and I realized it was more important than ever to speak out. This one court case highlights everything that our government is doing wrong in terms of our gun rights. Creating more classes of disarmed victims is not going to stop criminals who don’t respect any laws. I hope the information here will serve you in the huge gun debate that is surging through this entire election. Recently the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that “machine guns are not protected arms under the Second Amendment.” What utter and complete, constitutionally contemptuous, nonsense. All small arms are protected by the Second Amendment. What is not protected, is how you use them. That difference, is key to the whole issue. Here is the case file

“No Fly, No Buy.” Why?

The latest version of the Democrats strategy of denying constitutional rights and due process in the race for a socialist utopia with them in control -- is "No Buy, No Fly." The contention is that anyone on the "No Fly" list should not be able to purchase a gun. No conviction, no due process, no appeal, no knowledge of why you are on the list, no way off the list, and it's all shrouded in government secrecy, as is all future control of your life.

Enforcing the Second Amendment

We all know the Second Amendment. We can recite it by heart. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
