Trump Justice: ‘Dreamer’ wanted for murder nabbed by feds in NJ and extradited

Sep 9, 2017 — Jim Kouri

“Judicial Watch applauds the Trump administration’s decision to rescind the Obama administration amnesty program for 800,000 illegal aliens.  Judicial Watch already exposed how the Obama administration bypassed security background checks for DACA recipients, which placed the nation’s security and public safety at risk.  President Trump’s decision helps restore the rule of law and constitutional governance.  The Trump administration’s enforcement action on immigration shows the best immigration reform is to finally enforce the law.” - Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch

NJ 12-year-old’s suicide a plea for cyber-bullying law: GOP candidate Heather Darling

Jul 25, 2017 — Jim Kouri

On June 14, when many Americans honor the adoption of the American Flag on July 14, 1777, a 12-year-old gymnast is believed to have ended her own life after her mother on that day urged officials at the child’s school to clamp down on Internet bullies. The suicide is being investigated although the young girl’s mother hasn’t said bullying played a role in the incident. But the GOP candidate for Morris County Freeholder wants more than just talk about the serious and growing problem of bullying on the worldwide web.

“Cyber bullying is a crime that can be committed anonymously and the messages can be impossible to trace and delete,” said Roxbury, New Jersey, attorney Heather Darling who is favored to win her bid for Freeholder.  “While the bully is safely hiding behind fake accounts, the victim is left to deal with the fallout of the posted statements or images including substantial ridicule from peers. Once posted the images or statements often spread quickly online and the victim is faced with the reality that anyone they encounter may have seen the posted material,” said the Seton Hall School of Law graduate.

Obama hampered law enforcement investigation of Iranian terrorism funding

Jun 10, 2017 — Jim Kouri

On Thursday, all of the attention of Trump-impeachment-obsessed Democrats and the majority of their news media minions was focused on the hearing of fired FBI director James Comey.

These President Donald Trump-hating leftists were disappointed when Comey testimony showed that: Trump is not now, nor has he ever been, under investigation by the FBI; President Obama’s attorney general, Loretta Lynch, told Comey not to call the probe into Hillary Clinton’s endless scandals an “investigation,” but rather a “matter”; and that Comey himself leaked his own memo about meetings with Trump, giving them to a leftist university professor to secretly turn over to a news media denizen.

But on Thursday, there was another hearing that uncovered much more explosive and disturbing information: President Barack Obama and his administration disbanded national security units which were originally charged with investigating Iran’s network of Islamic terrorism funding.

Prez of Young Democrats and Mayor de Blasio staffer busted for kiddie porn; one victim 6-mos. old

May 31, 2017 — Jim Kouri

Jacob Schwartz, 29, an employee in New York Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration, was busted by New York police and charged with child pornography for his alleged obtaining and storing of 3,000 images and 89 videos on his laptop computer. The images included those of “young nude females between the approximate ages of 6 months and 16, engaging in sexual conduct…on an adult male,” court papers say.

Commentator Mike Cernovich pointed out on Twitter that the MSM’s silence on Jacob Schwartz could have something to do with Schwartz having been a guest on CNN blaming Hillary’s loss on “racism” and Russia and his close ties to major players in the Democratic Party including former President Barack Obama.

U.S. intelligence reports warn of cyber “Cold War”

May 24, 2017 — Jim Kouri

”(What they do)
(They smile in your face)
All the time they want to take your place
The back stabbers (back stabbers)
(They smile in your face)
All the time they want to take your place
The back stabbers (back stabbers)”

- The Back Stabbers (The O’Jays, 1972)

The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate should pass legislation to increase cyber security — in both public and private sectors — since the country is involved in a “type of cyber Cold War,” former U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said during a congressional presentation.

Media Attack Trump’s Terrorism Expert Dr. Sebastian Gorka

Mar 3, 2017 — Jim Kouri

In keeping with the news media’s tradition of denigrating and maligning Republican appointees to key White House positions including those related to national security and counter-terrorism, famed military and law enforcement strategist Dr. Sebastian Gorka is being targeted and accused of being Islamophobic without any credible evidence.

He’s also being labeled anti-Semitic by left-wing Jews who display more hatred for President Donald Trump—who has Jewish family members—than for Islamic terrorists such as Hamas and Hezbollah who seek the total annihilation of the Israelis.

Trump’s Border Wall: The Bill Was Passed and Signed Into Law

Dec 19, 2016 — Jim Kouri

One of the main issues that propelled Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to victory was the promise of a wall being built at the United States border with Mexico. The response by the news media, their favorite Democratic politicians and illegal-immigration advocates was astounding, with newspapers, magazines, television, radio and the Internet awash in comments that Trump was a racist, a bigot, and a xenophobic bully.

Dem lawmakers demand commission to probe Trump-Russia conspiracy

Dec 19, 2016 — Jim Kouri

Democratic lawmakers exhibiting all the signs of “sour grapes” in both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives are demanding the formation of an investigative commission to investigate Russian involvement, if any, in the 2016 presidential election, Fox News Channel’s chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge reported.

Outraged Vets: VA hospital death touted as proof of Obama and Democrats indifference

Dec 13, 2016 — Jim Kouri

While the claims that President Barack Obama and certain Democrat politicians have a deep-seeded hatred for the U.S. military may be hyperbolic, events that continue to occur at Veterans Administration medical centers show a certain amount of indifference on their part, according to a former U.S. Marine and retired New York police detective Sidney Franes.

The military and police decorated Franes points to the latest example of death and corruption within the VA hospital system as evidence of President Obama’s indifference to the suffering of thousands of military veterans who rely on the VA for their healthcare.

New Book by Rising Star Provides Political Action Plan for Millennial Voters

May 1, 2016 — Jim Kouri

The preferred term to describe Americans who became adults at the turn of the century is Millennials. While there are several dates given to define who is a Millennial and who is not,  Neil Howe and William Strauss, authors of the book Generations: The History of America’s Future, 1584 to 2069, are said to have coined the term and define the Millennial generation as consisting of individuals born between 1982 and 2004.

While news outlets claim that most members of the so-called Millennial cohort are situated on the left of the political spectrum, the purveyors of information usually fail to mention the Millennials serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, the nation’s law enforcement agencies, and the intelligence community, many of whom fit the definition of Millennium.

CIA chief more concerned with Obamaism than protecting Americans: Critics

Apr 15, 2016 — Jim Kouri

CIA Director John Brennan has said that his spy agency will not use controversial interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, even if ordered to do so by a future president. While the news media are applauding his statement, critics believe the time has come for a more devoted warrior rather than a political hack for an administration that prides itself on espousing Obamaism, a/k/a political correctness.

Brennan made the waterboarding statement during an interview on Sunday with the proven Obama-loving NBC News staff. “I will not agree to carry out some of these tactics and techniques I’ve heard bandied about because this institution needs to endure. I won’t agree to having any CIA officer carrying out waterboarding again.”

State Dept. finally turns over Huma Abedin/Susan Rice Benghazi files

Apr 13, 2016 — Jim Kouri

“While the FBI continues its twin investigations into Hillary Clinton’s conflicts of interest at the State Department and transmission of classified information on her homebrew server, the Obama administration and the mainstream media continue to work to minimize the controversy and ensure that Mrs. Clinton is elected president. Most of all, the media have refused to admit that this is more than just a Hillary Clinton scandal.” Accuracy in Media

President Barack Obama’s State Department finally forked over upwards of 1,000 pages of documents to the Republican-run House Select Committee on Benghazi, according to an announcement on Friday by the military veterans group Special Operations Speaks (SOP). Some of the records include communications between Hillary Clinton’s “Girl Friday” Huma Abedin and Obama’s Benghazi mouthpiece Susan Rice.

Federal judge allows watchdog group access to Clinton email

Apr 3, 2016 — Jim Kouri

Despite the national news media’s failure in covering the ongoing investigation of Hillary Clinton’s activities while she served as President Barack Obama’s top diplomat, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the State Department’s inspector general’s office, and a number of non-government organizations (NGO) investigating public corruption continue their pursuit of the truth. They assert that they are using the federal civil courts to achieve the transparency promised to the American people by President Obama.

For example, on Tuesday U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth—of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia—granted “limited discovery” to the attorneys from the well-respected, public-interest group Judicial Watch into former Secretary of State Clinton’s email case.

Belgian cops face intense terrorist investigations; Obama calls for sensitivity

Mar 22, 2016 — Jim Kouri

In the aftermath of Tuesday’s coordinated terrorist attacks in Brussels, Belgium—that left at least 34 innocent people—that was claimed by Muslim terrorists from the Islamic State of Iraq, the United States Marines are gearing up for an Obama reaction to the global jihad: sensitivity training. President Barack Obama has pushed for more and more programs aimed at sensitizing and softening U.S. fighting forces and critics believe under a Hillary Clinton administration Americans will see a continuation of the anti-military agenda.

Police investigators and officers are not only investigating the perpetrators of the devastating attacks, but they are also conducting multiple crime scene investigations in hopes of collecting evidence that leads to arrests and prosecutions. Instead of offering assistance to the Belgian law enforcement and intelligence communities, Obama, Clinton and other Democrats are offering noble—and meaningless—platitudes.
