(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a transcript of the March 24 oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit challenging a lower court ruling upholding the secrecy of controversial secretly-issued congressional subpoenas for phone records by Rep. Adam Schiff, Chairman of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, relating to the impeachment of President Trump. The appeals court hearing came after a lower court ruling in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Judicial Watch v. v Adam Schiff and U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (No. 1:19-03790)), requesting subpoenas issued by the Committee on or about September 30, 2019.

Where’s Hunter? Left Promotes Racism, Capitol Riot Cover-Up

Where’s Hunter? Left Promotes Racism, Capitol Riot Cover-UpThe latest Leftist uproar — this over the alleged treatment of Asian Americans — points up their utter hypocrisy on race: accuse Americans broadly of racism while promoting racist policies. For example, it’s a poorly kept secret that academic bastions of leftist ideology have long been discriminating against Asians. Harvard leads the pack.

Supreme Court Drops Ball On Clinton Email Testimony-- What Will Happen Next?

Supreme Court Drops Ball On Clinton Email Testimony-- What Will Happen Next?Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued the following statement in response to the United States Supreme Court’s refusal to grant cert to Judicial Watch’s challenge to an appeals court decision exempting Hillary Clinton from testifying under oath about her emails and Benghazi attack documents: Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received special protection from both the courts and law enforcement. For countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed confidence in the fair administration of justice. Americans would never have known about Hillary Clinton’s email and related pay for play scandals but for Judicial Watch’s diligence. We expect that the Biden State and Justice Departments will continue to protect her and cover up their own misconduct as we press for additional accountability through the courts.

Coca-Cola Vs. Voter ID, Supreme Court Fails Americans on Clinton Emails, Docs on Fetal Organ Sales

Coca-Cola Vs. Voter ID, Supreme Court Fails Americans on Clinton Emails, Docs on Fetal Organ SalesThe sale of body parts harvested during abortions is not generally understood, certainly not the gruesome details of the transactions. More grotesque details emerge in 575 pages of records we received from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) showing the agency spent tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to buy human fetal tissue from California-based Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR). The tissue was used in creating “humanized mice” to test “biologic drug products.”

Judicial Watch Sues for Autopsy of Capitol Police Officer Brian SicknickWe’re not going to get the full truth of events at the Capitol on January 6 from politicians or a dishonest media — no surprise there. Judicial Watch SUES for Info on Big-Tech Censorship and Pelosi/Anti-Trump Phone Call

Judicial Watch SUES for Info on Big-Tech Censorship and Pelosi/Anti-Trump Phone Call"In psychology the term projection describes the act of attributing your own negative trait to someone else. Nobody does this better than Nancy Pelosi. If you’ve read her January 8 letter attacking then-President Trump to her colleagues you would agree. In it, she talked about her anti-Trump phone call to the nation’s top military chief. We want to know more, so we filed a FOIA suit against the U.S. Department of Defense for records of Pelosi’s January 8, 2021, telephone call with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Defense (No 1:21-cv-00593))."

Clear Thinking on Elections from Clarence Thomas

The Supreme Court shut the door on the 2020 election late last month, but Justice Clarence Thomas got the last word. In a dissent directed at the court’s decision not to take up two cases involving the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and mail-in ballots, Thomas encapsulated the world of electoral woe surrounding the 2020 presidential contest. “We failed to settle this dispute before the election,” Thomas wrote, “and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence.”

Judicial Watch Sues for Records of Pelosi Call with Pentagon Chief

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense for records about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January 8, 2021, telephone call with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Defense (No 1:21-cv-00593)). Pelosi acknowledged the call in a January 8 letter to her Democratic colleagues. In the letter, Pelosi purportedly related her discussion with Milley earlier that same day: “This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike. The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.”

Judicial Watch Asks U.S. Supreme Court to Uphold Court Ruling Requiring Hillary Clinton Email Testimony

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a petition for writ of certiorari (“cert petition”) with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to take up its challenge to an appeals court order exempting Hillary Clinton from testifying under oath about her emails. Judicial Watch argues the court should hear its case because the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit erred in giving Clinton unwarranted special treatment that conflicts both with Supreme Court precedent and the precedents of other courts of appeal, including its own.
