President Donald Trump Will Address March for Life

Jan 18, 2018 — LifeNews

President Donald Trump will address the March for Life on Friday in live remarks to hundreds of thousands of pro-life people attending the event from across the country. Trump is keeping a tradition alive that’s seen previous presidents taking a pro-life position making similar phone calls to encourage pro-life advocates to continue fighting against abortion.

President Trump will become the first president to speak to the March for Life via a live video feed. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and George W Bush all addressed the March for Life as well with pro-life remarks. There remarks were typically pre-taped or they were aired via a live phone call to March for Life participants. With better technology available today, a live video stream is more easily accomplished.—More…

Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade Never Had An Abortion, Her Daughter is 48

Jan 16, 2018 — LifeNews

There is a 48-year-old woman, born in Texas, who should be dead right now. In fact, she should have never been born. Forty-three years ago, the Supreme Court decided that the Texas law that prevented Jane Roe from ending the life of her unborn daughter was unconstitutional. But by the time the Supreme Court issued its decision in 1973, she had already been born and adopted by a family—likely not knowing that all that ink spilled in Roe v. Wade was about her.

Norma McCorvey was “Jane Roe.” She claimed then that her pregnancy was the result of a rape, although she became outspokenly pro-life and publicly admitted that this, and virtually every fact on which her case was built, was a lie. Both McCorvey and Sandra Cano, the Doe of Doe v. Bolton—Roe’s companion case from Georgia decided the same day—became outspoken pro-life advocates who swore that their cases were built on lies.—More…

Google Censors Six Conservative Sites, Treats Them as “Fake News” By Posting Warnings Ab

Jan 11, 2018 — LifeNews

In a search in the browser Google Chrome, 6 of the top 20 conservative sites had “reviewed claims” showcased in the summary. By contrast, none of the top 20 liberal sites had “reviewed claims.” Instead, three of them — The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The New Yorker — had “awards” displayed where “reviewed claims” would have been.

According to Eric Lieberman of the Daily Caller, “Google, the most powerful search engine in the world, is now displaying fact checks for conservative publications in its results. No prominent liberal site receives the same treatment.”—More….

Doctors are Euthanizing Patients and Harvesting Their Organs

Jan 9, 2018 — LifeNews

In my first anti-euthanasia column, published in Newsweek in 1993, I warned that eventually medicalized killing/suicide would be conjoined with organ harvesting “as a plum to society.”

“Slippery slope argument!” my detractors yelled at me. “Alarmist!” It will never happen!” You get the drift.—More…

New Trump Rule Allowing Small Businesses to Buy Healthcare Across State Lines is a Pro-Life Victory.

Jan 6, 2018 — LifeNews

A new move by President Donald Trump to allow small businesses to band together and purchase health care across state lines will provide Americans with additional pro-life Healthcare options.

One of the biggest problems with Obamacare from the pro-life perspective is that many of the healthcare plans on the exchange fund abortions. In fact in some states there are no pro-life options for people to purchase health insurance as all of the healthcare plans on the exchange pay for abortions.—More…

Should the Supreme Court Force Pregnancy Centers to Promote Abortions?

Dec 30, 2017 — LifeNews

I can still see the tiny pink socks. And boxes and boxes of diapers. Most of all, I remember the warmth and cheeriness of the staff as I toured the St. Gianna Molla Pregnancy Help Center in downtown Buffalo, New York. Their love and dedication shone brightly through every word and smile. How tragic that their service to women, children, and families is at great risk this February, when the Supreme Court hears NIFLA vs. Becerra—a case that has nationwide ramifications.

The Supreme Court will hear arguments for and against California’s so-called “Reproductive Fact Act.” The California law forces medically-licensed pregnancy support centers, in direct contradiction of their mission and beliefs, to provide information to clients about publicly funded abortion. A national pregnancy resource center advocacy group, National Institute of Family Life Advocates (NIFLA), is challenging the law, arguing that it violates the centers’ rights to free speech and free exercise of religion.—More…
