Many climate sceptics are celebrating that “nothing in the Paris deal is legally binding.” They should look deeper. They have suffered a huge political defeat.

The Two State solution (TSS) is dead but rather than bury it, the US and the EU want to embalm it, in the off chance that it can be brought to life in a decade or two. In the meantime they are doing their utmost to prevent Israel from building Jewish homes east of the armistice lines, including in Jerusalem. They do this in knowing violation of Israel’s rights.

It has long rumoured that the tombstone of comedian W.C. Fields was engraved with the words, “Better here than Philadelphia.” That turned out to be an urban legend; all that is written on Fields’ gravestone is his name, date of birth, and the date he passed away.

Former major league pitcher, Bo Belinsky, once said, “Philadelphia fans would boo funerals, an Easter egg hunt, a parade of armless war vets and the “Liberty Bell.”

The City of Brotherly Love does have a unique character that now goes beyond the way it treats members of visiting sports teams. This was fully on display in the aftermath of the shooting of a Philadelphia police officer on Thursday that people who have at least some common sense would describe as a terrorist attack.

Maine’s GOP governor is being railroaded by the news media and race-baiting activistsfor actually stating the truth that just about every law enforcement officer in the nation understands: drug traffickers and dealers with hip-hop music names such as"D-Money” often impregnate young white girls while selling their products be it heroin, cocaine or methamphetamine.

“These are guys with the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty ... these types of guys ... they come from Connecticut and New York, they come up here, they sell their heroin, they go back home,” the Portland Press Herald. quoted Gov. Paul LePage, a moderate Republican in a state not known for its conservatism.

The heat is on! Not the unusual winter warmth in much of the United States—but the unrelenting heat generated by propaganda and pressure campaigns that the White House, EPA, Big Green and news media are unleashing in the wake of the Paris climate agreement… and as a prelude to the 2016 elections.

A recent Washington Post editorial laid out the strategy. The long-term warming trend is “concerning.” Maybe we can’t blame this year’s strong El Niño “squarely on climate change,” but “one paper” says the number of strong El Niño years could double. Obama’s “landmark” carbon dioxide regulations “played a key role” in securing an “unprecedented” international climate deal that could eventually compel all nations to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, to “avoid serious risks” of climate catastrophes.

The “No Go” zones now travel two ways: law enforcement avoiding gang-controlled city blocks where their lives have been threatened, and private landowners being locked out of public and permitted land use. The question is… on which side of the equation does the individual stand?

In the aftermath of rioting and protests in Ferguson, MO, Baltimore, MD, Chicago, IL, and numerous sympathy demonstrations across the nation, cities are plagued with rising levels of violent crime. Groups siding with the Black Lives Matter movement that arose out of false testimonies and allegations against law enforcement, painting police as commonly hostile to minorities, have transformed urban neighborhoods into “No Go” zones.

Recent events up near Burns, Oregon, have brought, once again, the Denigrators to the forefront. These are people who will begin digging, misrepresenting, and outright lying, about some of the key players in any event. Occasionally, a bit of truth is brought out, though often, it is intended to associate those who may have bad records with those who are otherwise; good, honest, men, doing what they believe to be a necessary course of action.

About that necessary course of action. Many people have been critical, not of the players, but of the activity of taking over federal buildings. They tend to judge those actions by their own standards, and expect others to abide by their moral compass.

How sad that children with names that are the same as people on the no-fly list have been put through extra screening. All because they share a name with someone the government considers dangerous. Today, dangerous refers to terrorists; the vast majority of whom are Muslim.

Canadians Sulemaan and his wife, Khadija Cajee, took to social media to express their frustrations over their repeated ordeal at airports. Their six year old son’s name, Syed Adam Ahmed is on a list of “high-profile” travellers deemed potential security risks so he is put through extra screening. Annoying. Embarrassing. And it does seem odd to take the time to extra screen a six year old.

Those who genuinely love America have been forced to weather Barack Obama’s obstinate, fact-starved denials about the dangers of radical Islam and the threat of terrorism.  After seven years of this bitter struggle, we hope and pray that America will somehow be able to make it to January 20, 2017 without the nation being destroyed by barbaric acts of Islamic terrorism and or mindless incorporation of Sharia Law into the most humane, free and prosperous society in human history.
