On Thursday, July 25 at 1:45 PM, Senior United States District Court Judge Philip Pro stated: "Seems like this case is done." His words were in response to a dispute between attorneys for beating victim Kirk Henry and convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo over whether additional litigation can take place between the parties.

LAS VEGAS - There was a Settlement Conference held on Friday, January 29, 2013, before U.S. Magistrate Judge George Foley, Jr. between Rick and Lisa Rizzolo and their attorneys, and Kirk and Amy Henry and their attorneys. During the ten hour deliberation, the court heard presentations from counsel and from each of the parties. (Rick's stepmother Kimtran Rizzolo did not participate.) A PARTIAL SETTLEMENT was reached, the terms of which are confidential.

The investment group out of Los Angeles hired a real estate agency, and this ad was placed on the internet and mailed to prospective buyers.
