Playing Politics

In a perfect world there would be no political parties. The voters would care less about political affiliations, and vote for the candidate they felt best reflected their beliefs, and were most willing to follow the authorities granted by the Law of the Land. Polls would be trustworthy, and politicians would act as servants to the people, not rulers over them.

Michigan Massacre Reported by KGB

TEA Party activists, conservatives, and other groups opposed to the President's policies have speculated that if the liberal democrats, led by der kommisar Barack Hussein Obama, continue to strip away freedoms in the fashion that they have been, we could wind up with blood in the streets.

Barack Obama Campaign Funded by Planned Parenthood Blood Money

Back in 2008 Obama was established as not only a pro-abortion candidate, but one that believes in infanticide as evidenced by his lack of support of an anti-infanticide bill in Illinois. The bill, if it had become law, would have outlawed the killing of babies that survive abortion.

Conservatives Believe in Community, Just Not Through Government

The liberal left's argument is about as old as they get. Because the right-wing conservative republicans are against entitlement programs including welfare, food stamps, and now Obama's health care law, the liberal left democrats claim the GOP is out to starve the poor, leave the homeless freezing in the cold, and force grandma to have no health care, social security, and for her to resort to eating cat food.

Dumbing Down of America Exposed in Florida Schools

It has been no secret that we are having an educational crisis in the United States. Public schools are doing worse and worse, unable to compete with private schools, homeschooled children, and for that matter the rest of the world. Some suggest that this is on purpose. By dumbing down our children we are preparing the future generations for more easily accepting authoritarian control by leftist systems of governance.

Obama’s Enforcement Against Wall Street

After J.P. Morgan's rough time including a $2 billion trading loss the Democrats have realized that the so-called problems their reforms were supposed to guard against didn't work. So, how does Obama plan to fix that problem? Heavier enforcement by the federal government, of course. Well, that, class warfare like Franklin Delano Roosevelt used in 1936, and the usual smear tactics that always accompanies the Left's campaigns of personal destruction.

The War For America

Are we losing America? Are we fighters for freedom as we claim? The United States sends troops around the world to fight for freedom, to keep the torch of liberty burning bright in lands where political ideologies like communism and Islamism, under the iron fists of various madmen, work to take away the people's freedoms. Yet, right here in America, a regime has set itself up in Washington DC, and the question is, are we willing to fight here? Is our exceptionalism worth fighting for? Are we willing to make this nation, as founded, the center of our efforts?

The Election Over Capitalism

The Soviet Union leaders called us capitalist pigs. I never thought the Democrats would start calling us that too.

Dwindling American Standards

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters." -- Benjamin Franklin When Alexis de Tocqueville visited the United States in the 1830s, the scene the European encountered was confusing to him. The politicians prayed, the pastors were willing to preach on politics from a Biblical viewpoint, and neither group tried to exert control over the other. They were symbiotic, and as a result, the nation was good. The people were virtuous, and the standards of society, and in the body politic, were largely followed.

Destroying the Economy

We are told the unemployment rate is working its way down to 8%. The real unemployment rate is well over 10%, and the U-6 is pushing 20%. In April the number of people not in the labor force rose by 522,000 from 87,897,000 to 88,419,000. This is the highest on record. Yet, despite that number, the unemployment rate dropped to 8.1% because the labor force participation rate dipped to a new 30 year low of 64.3%.

Shutting Down Christianity One Commandment at a Time

Liberal disdain for all things Christian, and the desire to remove all vestiges of Christianity from public view so as to pack the Christian faith into the four walls of the church, and no place else, is nothing new. The American Civil Liberties Union has been one of those organizations at the forefront of limiting biblical exposure to the general public.

Political Extortion of America

One of these days Americans will either realize the treachery of the parties, or fail to make the hard decision for liberty and enable the completion of the transformation of this nation into something the Founding Fathers never intended. One of these days Americans will realize they have been so conditioned to believe that the politicians are a ruling elite that they will demand a return to a day when the politicians were servants of the people, or the transition to slavery will be complete. One of these days Americans will decide that the political games the statists play is extortion, or they will become the very peasant class the elitists are orchestrating into existence.

Romney’s Tax-The-Rich Formula

Mitt Romney has cleared the path, and is on his way to securing the Republican Party nomination for President of the United States. The "Anyone but Romney" crowd has been arguing that Mitt is not conservative, and in fact is not a whole lot different from Obama. At this point even Elmer Fudd would be better than Obama, and many of the Republican voters have been willing to overlook much of Romney's shortcomings with the belief that despite Mitt's inability to be conservative at his core, at least the guy is trying to pull us back from the brink Obama has been pushing us towards at break-neck speed. . .

Liberal Left War on Women and Motherhood Reveals Itself Through Hilary Rosen

Individualism is dangerous to authoritarian ideologies like American Liberalism, Communism, Socialism, Fascism, and the list goes on. In order to be able to properly control the populace the people must be broken down into a homogeneous mass where individual thought, actions, and relationships are eliminated. The emphasis is placed on community over the individual.

Supreme Court Rules Against EPA in Idaho Wetlands Case

Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution indicates that State land belongs to the States, and if the federal government is to have any control over State land by taking possession, or otherwise, the land must be purchased by the federal government, and the State legislature must give its permission.

Christian Teacher Fired for Unwed Pregnancy, Loses Health Care

The liberal left is foaming at the mouth. They've got us now, they are supposing. After all, the liberal media just got a twofer, getting a chance to hammer on a Christian school while defending Obamacare all at the same time. That's right, the liberal media has once again pulled out the "that's not very Christian of you" card, while simultaneously defending their health-care-for-all mantra.

Statism Needs Division

Statism, American liberalism, communism, socialism, fascism, or any other authoritarian ism you can think of, is not popular on its face, so it must force its way into our lives, even using deception to make the people desire it. Crisis fuels the desire by the people for the government to "gain control" of everything. But in order for the ruling elite to be able to ride in on their prized stallion to save the day, their must be division, so that the liberal statist can claim they are hear to resolve that division. . .

Obama, Health Care, and the Nine Supreme Court Justices

"The truth is, that, even with the most secure tenure of office, during good behavior, the danger is not, that the judges will be too firm in resisting public opinion, and in defence of private rights or public liberties; but, that they will be ready to yield themselves to the passions, and politics, and prejudices of the day." --Joseph Story Judicial Review is unconstitutional. The Constitution gives that authority to the federal courts nowhere within the text of the document. John Marshall's opinion inMarbury v. Madisonseized that power for the courts. However, the Supreme Court's opinion of a law, through the use of Judicial Review, is not a completely worthless thing, either. Constitutionally, the lower courts respect the opinions of the higher courts, and rule in accordance. In other words, if the Supreme Court rules Obamacare unconstitutional, it does not strike down the law, but it will neuter it as far as the courts are concerned.
