Elena Kagan: Disqualify yourself or face impeachment

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments on the constitutionality of the highly controversial Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act aka ObamaCare. The nine member Court will hear 5+ hours of testimony before rendering a decision. Sometime over the summer on the constitutionality of the law.

Did I say nine member Supreme Court? My mistake: it should be eight. Justice Elena Kagan was Obama’s Solicitor General and openly supported the passage of this vile Bill. Since then, she has been referenced in e mail communications to openly supporting ObamaCare. It is clear this Left wing ideologue needs to disqualify herself in participating in any Court decision on the constitutionality of this Act. Is there anybody in the room who thinks Kagan could be impartial on this issue?

Federal ethics laws are clear that Kagan must recuse herself. Federal Law 28 U.S.C. 455 clearly stipulates the grounds for judges to disqualify themselves, including the glaring appearance that Justice Kagan’s impartiality might be reasonably questioned. . Quite obviously Justice Kagan served in federal office as the Solicitor-General, the counsel and advisor to the president. Kagan has not been the least bit subtle in masking her “opinion” on ObamaCare. Current indications are Kagan will not step down from this case even though she has on a number of times recused herself on other pending federal maters appearing before the Court. Complicating the issue, Kagan is privy to private (and protected) conversations on this very subject. This woman has so many hats on her head the public can’t see the huge Cheshire smirk on her smug face. Judicial Crisis Network has carefully documented Kagan’s work on behalf of the Bill including the Solicitor –General’s strategy in defending ObamaCare in court, even before Barack Hussein Obama signed the Bill into law, March 23, 2010. This Administration wreaks of stench and scandal the likes of which the United States has never experienced. Fully two-thirds of Americans reject this law, yet the Regime perseveres. Outrageously, the Congress, Executive, and Judicial branches have exempted themselves from this job-killing, financial disaster. The doomed American public will suffer if this hideous law is not ruled unconstitutional. It’s time for Chief Justice John Roberts to sit down and have a heart-top-heart with Miss Kagan. Justice Elena Kagan is a sham, a plant, and a fraud representing herself as the blind-folded Lady Justice. Kagan’s deceit is brazenly transparent. Disqualify yourself, Justice Kagan, or face impeachment in the House.
