Hate-Heaping Desperado Dems Can Never Vanquish Christmas My favorite ‘Christmas Carol’ is the honking of geese flying overhead; my favorite because of innate assurance that the honking of the geese will remain long after Christmases past or present. How many times will the distinctive sound of the geese as I work return to remind me that worrisome as they may be, special counsel Robert Mueller, the filth of Hollywood, Barack Obama waiting in luxury and comfort to strike out at America from ‘Resistance Leader’ status, are, like all other earthly creatures, only passing things while in the Almighty’s perfect Creation, geese get to stay? The geese will return far too many times to count, but their honking will always give some pause for thought.
All of the Good Lord’s Creations have messages for those who only bother to look, some written right in the skies over the most ordinary of places, the sun rises, sunsets, the stars in the night skies. Did you know that geese in flight honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed, is a fact, proven not by romantic notion but by science? In fact, just about everything about geese is based on something we see so little of these days: encouragement of the kind that lifts others up.(Canada Free Press, Nov. 14, 2014)
“As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in V formation the whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range, than if each bird flew on its own. (Buffalo.edu)

“People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.

“When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone… and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front. If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those who are headed the same way we are.

“When the head goose gets tired it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs…with people or with geese flying south.

“Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed. What do we say when we honk from behind?

“Finally…and this is important…when a goose gets sick or is wounded by gunshots, and falls out of formation, two other geese fall out with that goose and follow it down to lend help and protection. They stay with the fallen goose until it is able to fly or until it dies, and only then do they launch out on their own, or with another formation to catch up with their group.”
It is not only the assurance that God’s creation, the geese will always be there, but the humor that comes when I think that while the powerful Google goes out of its way to rid the Internet of Christian conservative messages, most likely including this one, it gives me a chuckle to think that not even Google can shut off the welcome honking of the geese. Ongoing flying geese in formation also remind me of the things that matter most; the things that outlast the frivolity of politics. On Friday, a businessman friend who stopped for a tour of the decorated for Christmas White House, sent me the picture posted here of the East Room Nativity Scene under which were printed the immortal words that so many have taken for granted:
“East Room” This room has been the scene of state dinners, receptions. concerts, weddings and press conferences. “Here the bodies of Presidents Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy lay in state after their assassinations. “The portrait of George Washington by Gilbert Stuart, the only object in the White House since its first occupancy in 1800, was removed for safekeeping by Dolley Madison when the White House was burned in 1814.”

It’s been a year since demented Dems in exile have been heaping on the hate. It’s easy to tell by the letters and comments coming in that people have become fatigued by it, with many worried that the Desperado Dems will find the way to Impeach President Donald Trump. No matter how vicious they get in forcing their agenda on the backs of the people they were elected to serve, we should take inspiration from God’s Creatures, the Geese, who,  no matter what the weather, work to cover each other’s back;  stick together against all odds through thick and thin and look out for each other no matter how long and arduous the mission ahead. The message of the Geese is “Keep Going!” “NEVER GIVE UP!” For all of those beseeching: “Where are we headed? “What will happen if the hate-heaping doesn’t stop?” We are where God intended us to be: in the Christmas Season of 2017 where God is still in His Heaven and Jesus Christ is King.
