At a time when the US Administration refuses to refer to the international War on Terror as a “war on terror,” is busy releasing known Islamic Terrorists detained at Guantanamo Bay Cuba, and is using millions in taxpayer revenue to fund terror organizations such as Hamas in the Palestinian territory, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been busy redefining “terrorist” and setting it’s counter-terrorism sights upon a new set of targets.
In March and April of 2009, the DHS under Janet Napolitano, issued two very disturbing special reports on what the new administration considers to be the most dangerous terror threats to the Homeland. These reports were issued to local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
The March 2009 DHS report establishes a lexicon for what constitutes a “terrorist” of grave concern to DHS. Here’s the general directive from the report...
(U) DHS encourages recipients of this document to report information concerning suspicious or criminal activity to DHS and the FBI. The DHS National Operations Center (NOC) can be reached by telephone at 202-282-9685 or by e-mail at NOC.Fusion@dhs.gov. For information affecting the private sector and critical infrastructure, contact the National Infrastructure Coordinating Center (NICC), a sub-element of the NOC. When available, each report submitted should include the date, time, location, type of activity, number of people and type of equipment used for the activity, the name of the submitting company or organization, and a designated point of contact.
The directive refers not only to “criminal” activities, but “suspicious” activities as well, and asks to be notified whenever such activities are noticed. What is “suspicious” is obviously left up to the interpreter, but the DHS report attempts to assist with that interpretation.
So, what types of “suspicious” activities are they on the lookout for?
Here are a few of the definitions of “terrorist” from the DHS “Domestic Extremism Lexicon” issued in March of 2009.
Aboveground (U//FOUO) A term used to describe extremist groups or individuals who operate overtly and portray themselves as law-abiding.
Alternative media (U//FOUO) A term used to describe various information sources that provide a forum for interpretations of events and issues that differ radically from those presented in mass media products and outlets.
Antiabortion extremism (U//FOUO) A movement of groups or individuals who are virulently antiabortion and advocate violence against providers of abortion-related services, their employees, and their facilities. Some cite various racist and anti-Semitic beliefs to justify their criminal activities.
Anti-immigration extremism (U//FOUO) A movement of groups or individuals who are vehemently opposed to illegal immigration, particularly along the U.S. southwest border with Mexico, and who have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism to advance their extremist goals.
They are highly critical of the U.S. Government’s response to illegal immigration and oppose government programs that are designed to extend “rights” to illegal aliens, such as issuing driver’s licenses or national identification cards and providing in-state tuition, medical benefits, or public education.
Anti-technology extremism (U//FOUO) A movement of groups or individuals opposed to technology. These groups have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals. They have targeted college and university laboratories, scholars, biotechnology industries, U.S. corporations involved in the computer or airline industry, and others.
Christian Identity (U//FOUO) A racist religious philosophy that maintains non-Jewish whites are “God’s Chosen People” and the true descendants of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Groups or individuals can be followers of either the Covenant or Dual Seedline doctrine; all believe that Jews are conspiring with Satan to control world affairs and that the world is on the verge of the Biblical apocalypse. Dual Seedline adherents believe Jews are the literal offspring of Satan and that nonwhites, who are often referred to as “mud people,” are not human beings. (also: Identity, CI, Anglo-Israel)
Hate groups (U//FOUO) A term most often used to describe white supremacist groups. It is occasionally used to describe other racist extremist groups.
Militia movement (U//FOUO) A rightwing extremist movement composed of groups or individuals who adhere to an antigovernment ideology often incorporating various conspiracy theories. Members oppose most federal and state laws, regulations, and authority (particularly firearms laws and regulations) and often conduct paramilitary training designed to resist perceived government interference in their activities or to overthrow the U.S. Government through the use of violence. Patriot movement (U//FOUO) A term used by rightwing extremists to link their beliefs to those commonly associated with the American Revolution. The patriot movement primarily comprises violent antigovernment groups such as militias and sovereign citizens. (also:

Rightwing extremism (U//FOUO) A movement of rightwing groups or individuals who can be broadly divided into those who are primarily hate-oriented, and those who are mainly antigovernment and reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority. This term also may refer to rightwing extremist movements that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration. (also known as

Single-issue extremist groups (U//FOUO) Groups or individuals who focus on a single issue or cause—such as animal rights, environmental or anti-abortion extremism—and often employ criminal acts. Group members may be associated with more than one issue. (also:

Tax resistance movement (U//FOUO) Groups or individuals who vehemently believe taxes violate their constitutional rights. Among their beliefs are that wages are not income, that paying income taxes is voluntary and that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which allowed Congress to levy taxes on income, was not properly ratified. Members have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals. They often target government entities such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. (also:

White nationalism (U//FOUO) A term used by white supremacists to emphasize what they perceive as the uniquely white (European) heritage of the United States.
Now, since this is my special report on the DHS special reports, I get to decide what I think they mean by the terms and definitions used in the terror lexicon. Of course, you get to decide whether or not your think I’m right...
- Aboveground = any otherwise law-abiding citizen
- Alternative media = anyone who rejects the MSM propaganda and gets their info from the Internet
- Antiabortion extremism = anyone who believes the Right to Life is “unalienable”
- anti-immigration extremism = folks who believe in national sovereignty and oppose “illegal” immigration, or amnesty for illegal immigrants
- Anti-technology extremism – anyone who opposes Big Brother’s eye in the sky, NSA eavesdropping on US citizens, or the GPS marking of every front door in America
- Christian Identity = anyone who claims that America is a “Christian nation” guided by Christian principles and values
- Hate groups = any “white” American who opposes affirmative action policies for minority groups
- Militia movement = anyone who believes in the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, or affiliates with any group that believes every American citizen is responsible for security
- Patriot movement = Does this one even need an explanation?
- Rightwing extremism = Anyone opposed to the current march into Communism
- Single-issue extremist groups = anyone opposed to the administration position on any single issue
- Tax resistance movement = anyone who attended a Tax day TEA Party
- White nationalism = anyone who seeks to remind people that our Founding Fathers were indeed, white Europeans
Based upon the actions taken by the new administration and their new lexicon for “domestic terrorists,” I feel pretty confident in my interpretations of their Domestic Extremism Lexicon. But you read their definitions and decide for yourself.
Keep in mind that you do not need to engage in “criminal” activities to be an individual of interest to Homeland Security today. Someone only has to deem your activities to be “suspicious” based upon the activities described in the DHS lexicon.
Now, the DHS Lexicon described other types of “domestic terrorists” as well, such as environmental or animal rights activists, known for violent and destructive forms of protest in the past. They refer to “black nationalist” activities as well as “white nationalist” activities.
However, the combination of the March DHS Lexicon and the April DHS “Rightwing Extremist Report” make it pretty clear who this administration is most concerned with.
The opening “Key Findings” of the April 2009 DHS report on “Rightwing Extremism” is very telling in this regard.
Key Findings - (U//LES) The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first
African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and recruitment.

Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning.

Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

The possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.
In my personal opinion, the new administration has every reason to fear the groups they describe in these reports. If they try to confiscate or in any way infringe upon the Second Amendment Rights of American citizens, I suspect they will indeed meet with a certain level of resistance, at least in pockets around the country where citizens take their Constitutional Rights seriously.
If the administration proceeds with its plan to legalize more than 20 million illegal immigrants, provide them with labor union membership, voting rights and a DNC membership in ACORN, just so that it can rule the nation for the next fifty years, as DNC strategist James Carville suggests, I suspect more than a few American citizens will have a serious problem with that.
If the administration that took the nation from a trillion in debt to ten trillion in debt in 90 days, continues on its path to destroy the American free-market economic system, driving taxpayers deeper and deeper in unmanageable debt while buying up Federal controlling interest in private sector after private sector, placing the Fed in full control of what will be a centrally controlled economy, I expect more than a few Americans in the soup line will eventually revolt.
If Barack Obama continues to publicly expose every method used to keep the homeland safe and secure after 9/11, while continuing to keep his personal life, his birth and college records TOP SECRET, I suppose that sooner or later, the people will wise up and demand that the man become “transparent,” or attempt to remove him from office if he refuses.
This explains why the DHS feels it necessary to get out in front of what is likely to be increasing discontent with the new administration.
If they carefully define every possible dissenter as a “domestic terrorist” and advise every law enforcement agency in the country to be on the lookout for such “radicals” as those who still hold the US Constitution dear, they can easily silence all dissent by either making dissenters afraid to speak out, and discrediting or jailing those who do.
In my opinion, these DHS reports are a “preemptive” maneuver that establishes first, that all dissenters of this administration are under one lexicon definition or another, “domestic terrorists,” or at a minimum, “suspected domestic terrorists.” As such, they have given themselves law enforcement powers necessary to deal with those dissenters accordingly.
Of course, the press has an important roll to play too.
How did the press play the tax day TEA Parties?
Somewhere in the neighborhood of a million American taxpayers took to the streets on April 15, 2009, in protest to everything the current administration is doing. What little press coverage the events got in the MSM, were aimed at mocking, belittling, or labeling the protesters as “rightwing extremists” who “hate” this president, most likely because he is “black.”
According to the press, the TEA Parties had nothing to do with taxes, or opposition to any administration policies. According to most press reports, these events were overt acts of “racism” against the new president.
Now, why would the administration go so far in its efforts to label all dissenters “terrorists,” and why would the American press completely spin a peaceful demonstration by a million American taxpayers, as nothing more than a “racially” motivated act of extremism by alleged “right-wingers,” despite the fact that people attended those demonstrations from every ethnic group, every political party, every city in the country and every economic status under the sun?
I’ll let you come up with your own answer to that question. But something stinks to high heavens in all of it.
The very people, who demand “tolerance” for all sorts of anti-American ideologies, are VERY intolerant of anyone who disagrees with their totalitarian vision for what was once the land of the free and home of the brave.
My question is this...
Are real Americans really going to sit quietly by and let this corrupt Chicago Cabal define them as “domestic terrorists?”
At what point will enough be enough? The average law-abiding productive American citizen has already been defined as a “domestic terrorist” under any number of the definitions in these two DHS reports. The DHS definitions contained herein were quoted directly from the subject reports.
Will they have to start disarming and jailing dissenting American citizens before you react to what they are doing right before our eyes?
When will enough be enough?
They already know who I am and that I meet their qualifications under most of these definitions, even though I have never engaged or promoted violent, illegal or destructive activities of any kind. They read everything I write and watch everything I do. What they fear most is that I will one day say something that awakens the sleeping giant, whom they hope to keep in a silent state of apathetic slumber.
I have written and published too many works to ever think about taking any of it back. In addition, I’m right! Freedom is worth fighting for, no matter the cost.
One final thought... If they control your economic condition, they control YOU! Whether you are part of the 50% of Americans who now qualify as federal dependents, or the other 50% expected to pick up the tab for their secular socialism, aka totalitarianism, you are headed to a future of tyranny, not freedom.
If you can’t see it yet, you will soon. If you can see it, you had better find a means of uniting with other true patriots who see it too, and do something about it immediately!
