Trump and the Lilliputians

I attempted to rise, but was not able to stir: for, as I happened to lie on my back, I found my arms and legs were strongly fastened on each side to the ground; and my hair, which was long and thick, tied down in the same manner. I likewise felt several slender ligatures across my body, from my arm-pits to my thighs. I could only look upwards; the sun began to grow hot, and the light offended my eyes. I heard a confused noise about me; but in the posture I lay, could see nothing except the sky. In a little time I felt something alive moving on my left leg, which advancing gently forward over my breast, came almost up to my chin; when, bending my eyes downwards as much as I could, I perceived it to be a human creature not six inches high, with a bow and arrow in his hands, and a quiver at his back.-- (Jonathan Swift, Gulliver's Travels, Part 1, Chapter 1. [1726]) The rejection of President Donald Trump has entered a new phase, one that has the highest chance of victory, but also one with a very limited window of success. The earlier media attacks, Russian collusion allegations, elector shenanigans, leaks, demonstrations, and riots have all failed in their goal, and shows “death by a thousand cuts” is a flawed strategy and even worse tactics. The conclusion is obvious: Emotional hysteria and illegal activities do not work against Trump. They were expecting him to lash out like a dog who is constantly being poked with sticks to justify their claim he’s rabid and needs to be put down, but his self-control has kept him popular with his base and frightened the Republican leadership into outwardly supporting him.
It has taken his enemies over eight months to devise a snare that they believe will finally remove President Trump from office. The Mueller probe—a blatantly biased effort to find a crime, any crime, against someone who is not under “legal suspicion,” is an obvious no-win scenario. Not one of us could possibly emerge unscathed from such a federal investigation. If we dread tax audits and police department investigations, how much more terrifying is being subjected to the Mueller investigation, with its unrestricted budget and scope? If President Trump fires him – which he has the constitutional authority to do so as head of the Executive Branch – he will be accused of trying to cover up a crime ala Nixon, and the media and his congressional opponents will crucify him. If he doesn’t, Mueller will definitely find something against Trump, even if it’s minor and nothing compared to what Hillary, Comey, and Obama have done, to justify the effort and expense of the investigation.
Either way, the result is the same: removal of Trump by congressional impeachment and senate conviction for the crime of “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors” or by invoking the 25th Amendment to the Constitution that Trump is somehow “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
The problem with the first scenario is Donald Trump is genuinely innocent of “treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors” – if he was, it would’ve already been exposed by the best experts in the world – the mainstream media and Democratic Party operatives. Thus, the only option his enemies have is using the 25th Amendment as an excuse – and the only legitimate way for it to work is if he becomes physically or mentally incapable of executing his duties.
What this means is his enemies are trying to give President Trump a mental breakdown. They are isolating him from his support network. They are making him suspicious of everyone around him. They are gaslighting him and sandbagging him. Like the Lilliputians, they are tying him down to prevent him from moving and wounding him with their arrows to make him go away. Anyone who doubts the reality of the uniparty or deep state or DC swamp should pay attention to the Senate’s actions in tying President Trump’s hands by imposing sanctions against Russia and in preventing him from building the wall. Even more revealing, they prevented him from making recess appointments to bypass the slow walking and obstruction of his appointments.
Not one senator dissented in tying the president’s hands—which is unheard off when the same party controls both the Legislative and Executive branches.
The stage is now set to get rid of him “legally,” to avoid the very real danger of a shooting civil war and they must do it within the next six months.

Why? Because if they delay it any further, Trump’s Republican opponents in Congress and the Senate will lose their nerve because of the risk of getting primaried out of re-election or face a third-party opponent who is supported by Trump’s base.
This is a very real threat to the Republican leadership since President Trump’s base of around 40% of the electorate is the largest and richest group in America and has a fearsome effect if it gets aroused.
Those rallies of tens of thousands of enthusiastic Trump supporters send shivers down the spines of his congressional enemies. If President Trump decides to support a primary challenger against one of his Republican enemies, it is a virtual guarantee the current congressman or senator will be pushed out, regardless of how much the Republican leadership supports them. After all, candidate Trump beat them all – the Republican establishment, the Democrats, and the mainstream media; an economically successful President Trump will crush them all in 2018 and 2020.
There is a way out for President Trump from the trap he’s in, and the path forward is revealed by the turning around of the US economy due to his election victory, which has returned something that the average American lost in the past decade: HOPE. Americans once again have hope that things will get better for them and their children. And this hope will also result in them having children again. If President Trump moves away from health care and now focuses on reducing everyone’s taxes – and issues executive orders to that effect; he breaks down the walls surrounding him. He changes the timetable that the uniparty and deep state was counting on. When a congressman or senator’s constituents know that he or she is the reason why their tax cuts are being delayed or not cut at all, that representative has no chance of winning re-election.
Constituents will not tolerate their representative trying to annul the results of the election of someone who is trying to make their lives financially better.
It is possible to avoid a civil war. It is possible for the voter’s will to be respected. It is possible to minimize the damage the swamp that done to America. And the way out is for President Trump to focus on tax reduction, now, before the trap is sprung.
