Those who accuse Trump of being anti-Muslim, racist, and anti-women are enemies of the truth more than they are enemies of radical Islamic terrorists

The Press and the Dems Covering Up Trump’s Being for and Not against Peace-Loving Muslims

If there has been a more significant cover-up recently than Hillary’s emails and the Democratic National Committee’s emails revealing the bigotry of many leading Democrats, it is the cover-up of the fact that Donald J. Trump has demonstrated he is not only not anti-Muslim, and not only pro-peaceful Muslim, but more pro-peaceful Muslim than all the leading leftists, liberals, and Democrats. Donald Trump never said he was opposed to all Muslims; to the contrary, he made it clear from the outset of his presidential campaign that he was opposed only to those Muslims intent on killing all “infidels” (meaning all non-Muslims). Therefore, he originally proposed a temporary ban on Muslims entering the country until America figures out how to vet incoming Muslims in a way that would prevent the anti-non-Muslim Muslims from entering the country. A person who applies a tourniquet to a person wounded in an extremity in order to save the person’s life is not anti that person; rather, the person who applies the tourniquet to such a wounded person is his greatest benefactor.

Donald Trump is so spontaneous that he often presents good ideas without refining them

The greatest tragedy, so far, after the tragedy of much of the press misleading much of the public in so many ways is that Donald Trump is so spontaneous that he often presents good ideas without refining them, at first, so that his intent is misinterpreted at the outset even by neutral and objective people, and not only by many liberals and leftists who dominate the press. As to the references to Muslims, Trump gradually modified his language to bring it closer to his obvious intent, by advocating the temporary ban on people from countries from which much terrorism has recently been taught, indoctrinated, tolerated, encouraged, and disseminated. Even without this clarification of Trump’s position on Muslims, it is clear that his position on Muslims is far more accepting of Muslims than President Franklin D. Roosevelt was of Jews during the holocaust (when, for example, the liberal founder of the New Deal prevented a huge shipload of Jews, on the St. Louis, escaping the Nazis, from landing in America, when the Jews posed no threat at all, and certainly no threat of jihad against all non-Jews or non-Muslims; furthermore, this was no TEMPORARY ban; it was a permanent DEATH SENTENCE); Trump was far more accepting of potential fifth column foreigners even in his original proposal than Roosevelt who didn’t merely turn away incoming Japanese but interned Japanese already in America after Pearl Harbor; and Trump was far more accepting of potential fifth column foreigners than President Jimmy Carter who expelled Iranian students from America after an Iranian attack abroad. Incidentally, another president who, like Trump, wasn’t always 100% precise and articulate was President George Bush (“43”), the only Bush to be re-elected president of the U.S.A. and the only U.S. president with academic degrees from the most prestigious colleges of Harvard AND Yale. Sometimes the American people determine that common sense trumps precision in language.

Many people feel that the finest hour of the Democrats at their recent convention was when a Muslim father of a Muslim who died fighting for America accused Trump of being so anti-Muslim that Trump wouldn’t even have allowed the Muslim’s son to enter America. First of all, instead of instigating America to view Trump as being anti-Muslim, it should be noted that were Trump’s policies followed, this Muslim’s son would undoubtedly be alive today, for a few reasons:
  1. Had he not been allowed into the country, he would not have been in the U.S. military, so he wouldn’t have died in combat, but
  2. more fundamentally, of course, had America acted more seriously, strongly, consistently, and aggressively to identify and root out radical Muslim terrorists from positions of power, during the past 7½ years, the fighting in Afghanistan would have ended long before this Muslim soldier would have been able to put on a uniform or lift a rifle; and
  3. Trump did not advocate the temporary ban until long after this Muslim’s son was a resident of the United States of America, and only because the situation has gotten out of hand. Had Trump been president when the Muslim critic took up residency in America, he and his son would not have been banned from coming to America.
Above all, Obama and Clinton want to let Syrian refugees into the country without adequate vetting, and to in effect open the borders to Mexico, thereby allowing Isis soldiers into the country to carry out their threats of Death to America and to all non-Muslims in it. When radical Muslims kill masses of people in America, their targets include Muslims, and when they kill people in Arab countries, most of their victims are Muslims. Peace-loving Muslims would actually be much safer than they are now were Isis to be destroyed, and this is clearly much more likely to happen under Trump than under Hillary. The accusations that Trump is a racist and anti-women, anti-gay, and anti-every other conceivable minority are also outrageously false. Trump was known to be not only not a racist in theory but also personally close to many African-American celebrities, such as Don King and Mike Tyson, as well as the many minorities he employs, and he not only welcomed minorities onto his reality television show but he even made African-Americans like Omarosa (a current political supporter of Trump) into stars, and household names. Only after Trump became a presidential candidate was he accused – very falsely -- of being a racist. The Clintons more than any other family should be opposed to the false accusation of racism, especially after Barack Obama’s people in the 2008 presidential race accused President Bill Clinton of being a racist even though Clinton was such a strong advocate of minorities that he was informally widely known as the first African-American president. (Actually, by advocating taking people off the welfare rolls to get jobs, BILL Clinton was arguably a better champion of the true interests and dignity of African-Americans than Obama who prides himself on increasing the number of minorities who have left the job market and become dependent on welfare and food stamps.)

Donald Trump has been maligned as to his treatment of women

Similarly, Donald Trump has been maligned as to his treatment of women; candidate Trump’s enlightened treatment of women employees was delineated and substantiated with careful specificity by one of his executives, Ivanka Trump, at the Republican convention. Trump the TV star may be famous for firing people of all races on his reality show, The Apprentice, but he has more women than men executives in his mega-company in real life (which is significantly more meaningful), and provides more benefits to women than many if not most other employers. If he has called some women names in the past, it should be noted that he called more men than women names in the Republican primaries – 15 out of his 16 opponents where men, and virtually none who became competitive were spared. It has been said that “sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me.” Actually, name calling can indeed be hurtful, but not as hurtful as racism and misogyny. What is more important is that Trump has boosted many women through many glass ceilings, and has publicly declared he favors a woman in the white house on her own merit as the head of the ticket, but not this particular woman – Hillary – who might be nothing in politics had she not been married to Bill Clinton, and whose bullying of – and threats to and actions against -- women who rightly accused Bill Clinton of improper sexual advances exposed Hillary for being the true anti-woman candidate. Those who accuse Trump of being anti-Muslim, racist, and anti-women are enemies of the truth more than they are enemies of radical Islamic terrorists.
