Palmieri to Podesta: 'I think you should call (Hillary) and sober her up some'

Of all the items WikiLeaks has released from John Podesta's e-mails, this one is quite the interesting one. It's August 2015, and apparently someone needs to send Hillary some "docs" (presumably documents, not doctors). This, think Podesta and Jennifer Palmieri, has the potential not to go well - especially if Hillary starts talking to Cheryl Mills about it. But it sounds like there might be another problem, and in the middle of the afternoon no less: (See Below) Palmieri to Podesta: 'I think you should call (Hillary) and sober her up some'
Now I think there are two possible ways you can read this. The first would be that Hillary is literally drunk, and before they can even deal with these documents - whatever they might be - they're going to have to get her sobered up somehow. The second, which I lean toward, is that she's not literally drunk, but that she's in some way got her head in the clouds concerning whatever this issue is, and Palmieri is asking Podesta to lay things out for her so she can be trusted to deal responsibly with the matter. Apparently Podesta and Palmieri aren't too thrilled about the possibility that Hillary will start talking to Mills about it either, because if that's the case things will "end up in a bad place." Overall, here's what I see: Hillary's staff know her better than anyone, and they know that she often deals with matters in a ham-handed and irresponsible manner. Before they bring anything to her, they huddle amongst themselves to figure out how to make sure Hillary doesn't go off half-cocked and handle things in a manner that only causes more problems.

For all of you who think electing Hillary is the safe and responsible choice vis-a-vis the raving lunatic Donald Trump, you might want to step back and reconsider that. She sounds like a woman whose staff knows you have to manage her every move very carefully lest she fly off the handle or "end up in a bad place." Remember how Gary Byrne said she treated the Secret Service? It really doesn't sound like she's changed much at all. She's just got a staff that has mastered - as best anyone can - the art of dealing with her. Then again, maybe she was having a meeting with Jack Daniels and Captain Morgan. I don't really think so because if that was the case, John Podesta calling her on the phone wouldn't do anything to sober her up. And as much as you might find it appealing to learn Hillary has a drinking problem, a) I wouldn't wish that problem on anyone, not even her; and b) listening to her screeching when she's sober is bad enough. Get her drunk? God help us all.
