Two weeks after Donald Trump was elected the next president of the United States, the Democrats and media are still fuming over the loss, disappointed that Hillary didn't win in order to continue the status quo. They are disgusted and full of toxic name-calling and rhetoric, and even worse, still not listening to the people.
No matter the complete lack of evidence that racism is a factor in building the new Trump administration, Democrats keep saying it, and they keep throwing it out in media soundbites and commentaries to keep it on the minds of the voters who supported Hillary.
Dems only tactics now are toxic name calling and denial
No matter how much mounting evidence there is that ObamaCare is a disaster, the Democrats continue to try to convince people it just needs some tweaking. Really! Ask the families who are hurting.
Those toxic, divisive voices do not want America to come together and be united, and they do not want a better America – economically, militarily, socially or globally. That's why they name-call, spewing fear and pessimism about the soon-to-be new administration, and ignore the pain of ObamaCare and excessive taxation on families.
They now want to say Hillary won the popular vote so as to delegitimize Trump as president. We have been electing presidents based on the electoral college for 240 years, since the founding of this country. That's a different debate, but they only want to have it because their candidate lost.
Democrats and liberals hardly even bother to argue that their ideas are better, because the last eight years of the Obama administration prove that their ideas do not work! Their only tactics now are toxic name calling and denial.
Democrat Party is not listening to the people
But at least one Democrat gets it!
Representative Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) is challenging Nancy Pelosi for minority leader in the House. Thanks to Rob, I saw Tim Ryan's interview on MSNBC. Otherwise I never would have because I do not watch that channel at all. I don't even surf by it with my TV remote, because of its blatant liberal and Democrat bias!
In the interview, Congressman Tim Ryan acknowledged that the Democrat Party is not listening to the people. That's why they keep losing seats in the House and control of state legislatures.
Now, the soon-to-be minority leader in the Senate, Chuck Schumer (D-New York), has once again said they are not listening to the people: "We're not going to let (Trump) repeal Dodd Frank or the rules we put in place to limit Wall Street. They are going to regret the day they try to replace the ACA.”
Most families don't fully understand how the Dodd Frank legislation has hurt them, but every family understands how ObamaCare has hurt them. They are feeling the pain of ObamaCare through unaffordable health insurance premiums and deductibles. They also understand losing their choice of doctors, and being forced to pay a penalty even if they can't afford the insurance!

People don't expect you and the Democrats to become Republicans, but on this specific issue the people expect you to listen. ObamaCare is a disaster, and people want a new solution. They do not want an ObamaCare re-tread.
And Chuck, stop lying to people that the Republicans do not have an alternative. Yes they do! They had one when y'all shoved ObamaCare down the throats of the American people, and they have one now! Ask them, you just might learn something!
The presidential election is over. Those of you who just didn't or can't shed your Democrat label, at least tell your Democrat senators and representatives to listen this time on ObamaCare, tax cuts and enforcing the laws of this nation.
Those three priorities should not be partisan. They are good for all the people. Democrats have shown no inclination to listen to conservative voices, but maybe they will listen to their voters.
It's not about political party when it comes to common sense, but you have to listen first... for the good of the nation.
