Who is lying about Russian hacking? Donna Brazile or President Obam

The Russians are coming! The Russians are coming! DNC interim chairman Donna Brazile told ABC’s Martha Raddatz that Russian hackers kept on trying to infiltrate the Democratic National Committee “daily, hourly” until Election Day. “They came after us absolutely every day until the end of the election. They tried to hack into our system repeatedly,” Brazile said on “This Week” Sunday.

Did this conversation between Obama and Putin really happen? Brazile’s statement suggests it didn’t.

Of course this contradicts what President Obama said at his presser last Friday (Dec. 16). Obama said that Russia stopped “tampering” with the U.S. election in September after he warned President Vladimir Putin to “cut it out.” According to the White House transcript, Obama said:
And so in early September, when I saw President Putin in China, I felt that the most effective way to ensure that that didn’t happen was to talk to him directly and tell him to cut it out, and there were going to be some serious consequences if he didn’t. And, in fact, we did not see further tampering of the election process. But the leaks through WikiLeaks had already occurred.
Did this conversation between Obama and Putin really happen? Brazile’s statement suggests it didn’t. Somebody’s not telling the truth.

"Asked O'Keefe if he bugged the DNC. His answer: No. asked if he was filming or tape recording my questions? Answer No.

By the way, last time I saw Brazile with her purple-tinted white hair was Nov. 11 when she unexpectedly dropped by The Breakers resort in sunny Palm Beach, Fla. She said she showed up at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s annual “Restoration Weekend” to confront conservative journalist James O’Keefe III. At 2:03 p.m. on Nov. 11 she tweeted, “Asked O’Keefe if he bugged the DNC. His answer: No. asked if he was filming or tape recording my questions? Answer No. We parted company.”

Apparently Brazile was worried because O’Keefe’s group, Project Veritas, captured on video high-ranking Democrats explaining a Hillary Clinton-approved plot to foment violence at Donald Trump campaign rallies. Strangely, Brazile acted as if she had just randomly run into O’Keefe 1,000 miles south of her home in Washington, D.C. (As far as I can tell, anyway, Brazile lives somewhere in the Washington, D.C. area.) Two minutes before the 2:03 p.m. tweet she tweeted, “What’s on your menu? Just ran into James O’Keefe in Florida at a conference hosted by David Horowitz. We live in interesting times.” I saw Brazile in the lobby of the hotel just before 2 p.m talking to O’Keefe because I was walking to the 2 p.m. panel discussion I was part of.
