Behold: Michael Moore's patronizing, offensive, comments about women who voted for Trump

If you're a female Trump voter, you can rest easy. Michael Moore "gets you." He knows you didn't want to vote the way you did, you're just a simple soul who didn't know any better. You're the victim in all this. In fact, you're such a victim - so many times over - that you don't even know you're being victimized. Don't worry, though. You're forgiven. Your vote is just an indicator that big, strong, men like Michael Moore must work harder to make you realize how wrong you are about things. He's ready for the challenge. It will be difficult, and he admits there's a long way to go, but he's going to make sure you learn about your "ingrained misogyny." To show you what a compassionate, kind, and understanding fellow he is, he wants to explain to you why you voted the way you did. Take it away, Michael...
In case you can't hear him, perhaps because women are poorly educated when it comes to operating confusing machines like computers, here's the transcript:
MICHAEL MOORE: I did run into Trump voters. And I asked them, especially -- I remember one woman. I said -- she was telling me that she voted for Trump and I said really? In spite of his attitudes toward women and the things that he said? And she said, well, you know, women, a lot of us, we've just had to learn to take it over the years. And you know, that's how my dad talked and that's how my brothers talk. JOY REID, MSNBC: Ugh. MOORE: And I just thought geez. It was such a reminder of still how far we have to go. I was at this one thing -- John Leguizamo, the brilliant actor and comedian, Hispanic, and he says I'm Hispanic and I always thought racism was our number one problem that we were going to have to deal with. This election really showed that we've ignored the misogyny and the sexism that is still so prevalent and ingrained. And ingrained in many of the victims, the 46% of women that voted for Trump, and the 53% of white women that voted for Trump. And that's just -- well, that just says that we've got more work to do and we'll keep doing it.
He'll keep doing the work. Isn't that magnanimous? He won't rest until the little ladies realize that they don't really believe any of the things they thought they believed. Aren't you lucky? What a guy!
