-- BombThrowers: If you are a white person you are responsible for causing “centuries of inequality.” By merely existing you are “continually allowing oppression,” according to political correctness. If you are feeling really guilty about racist beliefs your ancestors held and would like to express more regret about the supposedly racist history of the white man, leftists have come up with a grand idea.
To help prove how accepting of other races you are as a white person and how ashamed you are of your heritage, you can showcase your white guilt by wearing a white puzzle piece pin. Sure, the puzzle piece has already been adopted by the autism community, but Elizabethtown College Democrats in Pennsylvania recently launched a campaign to raise awareness of white racism and white privilege, urging white students to adorn their attire with the white puzzle piece pins. White people have been too complacent and have allowed a system of oppression to develop, Aileen Ida, president of the Elizabethtown College Democrats explained in an interview with The College Fix. “No matter how accepting someone is, that doesn’t stop them from being part of a system based on centuries of inequality,” she said, adding the campaign transcends politics. The white puzzle piece, Ida contends, is symbolic of all racial struggle.

She says all whites are privileged and don’t have to live with racism as people of color do. “I believe that this [inherent white privilege] can be seen in the day-to-day life of people of color versus the day-to-day life of white people,” Ida said. “Most people of color don’t have a choice but to consider how their race affects their life on a daily basis, this is not true for most white people.” All these puzzle pins signify is whom to grab and use as a meat shield when some terrorist “refugee” starts shooting. The pins will let thugs know that you’re willing to be robbed to atone for your white guilt. Unfortunately, indoctrinating students with anti-white propaganda is brazen and rampant in institutions of higher learning across America. Students at Cal State San Marcos made headlines in December for hosting a “Whiteness Forum.” Over a dozen displays illustrating how white people have supposedly oppressed people of color were showcased during the event. The displays included a “Whiteness in the Court” project which explains how “the law is a tool used by dominant groups” to “maintain their privileged position over subordinate groups. There was a “Make America White Again” display that argued Donald Trump’s election campaign led to an increase in hate crimes. And there was a “White Beauty Standard” display that explained how the “white hegemonic ideals of the beauty industry” perpetuate white supremacy.

Let’s start a movement to wear American flag pins, to get rid of all this ridiculous talk of race-based privilege. We can drive. We can work. We can drink. We can gamble. We can vote. We can choose our spouses or choose not to have a spouse. We are free to make choices that many countries do not allow.

The University of Wisconsin at Madison is currently offering a class called “The Problem of Whiteness.” Its purpose is to provide students with an understanding of “how whiteness is socially constructed and experienced in order to help dismantle white supremacy,” according to a summary. At Portland Community College in Oregon, “Whiteness History Month” is observed to promote the study of whiteness as a social construct. A woman was ejected from one of the “whiteness awareness” lectures last year for defending then-candidate Trump against claims of racism. Slavery was, of course, the most abhorrent and evil institution in human history, but Americans alive today had nothing to do with it, nor were they slaves. Slavery pre-dates the United States by millennia and was found everywhere across the globe at the time of our founding. White Americans didn’t invent slavery, but the United States and the United Kingdom were the first countries in human history to formally abolish slavery within their borders. If you go far enough back in any country’s history you’ll find something that is considered unacceptable today. The institution still exists today in parts of Africa and the Middle East — but social justice warriors are only interested in the kind that ended more than 150 years ago. Leftists should create a fund with their own cash to pay reparations to people of color and be done with it. Let us wear the American flag to show them that no matter what the say to try to divide this great nation, we will stand together.

BombThrowers——

Bombthrowers is a blog about politics and the war for the hearts and minds of Americans from a conservative viewpoint.

In line with our name, we do not hold back. We have a take-no-prisoners attitude when it comes to fighting for conservative principles. The Left doesn’t play nice, and that’s why they’ve been winning. It’s time for conservatives to rise up and turn the tide.

We’re not afraid to take on anyone, especially the Washington Establishment—Republican or Democrat.
