Safely out of the woods: Blame-game = Scapegoat game

Hillary launches into epic laundry list of excuses for her disastrous 2016

Hillary lost for one reason, and one reason alone: Most people in most states didn't want her to be President. Democrats like to point to the meaningless popular vote, but the bottom line is Hillary didn't take enough states to claim the brass ring. We've gone over the reasons why this happened dozens of times, so we won't rehash them here. Just know that the short answer is this: people didn't want her in office. That seems obvious to anyone who was paying attention in 2015 and 2016, but don't try convincing Hillary. She's got a laundry list of reasons that caused the implosion of her planned ascension. Here she is, now safely "out of the woods," blaming pretty much everyone and everything for her loss.
Remember, this is a person who - right up until 5pm on Election Day - thought Trump was a joke who had guaranteed her the presidency. Hillary had ignored her staff's warnings that things weren't as rosy as she believed. She didn't think Putin had destroyed her chances, didn't think "misogyny" had derailed her, didn't believe Comey had decimated her hopes and dream, and didn't believe that she would be rejected. That only came later, once she realized that she was never as popular as she thought she was. The post-election blame-game is nothing more than the search for a scapegoat. Hillary desperately wants to find a reason for her loss that takes the onus off herself, thus revitalizing her future plans. ...It won't work. Later in her appearance, she did admit there were a few things she "could have done better." We assume some of the things she'd change include:
  1. That screwy '50 Points Ahead' video.
  2. Ignoring PA, MI, WI, because she was so incredibly arrogant.
  3. Leading a life of career-cronyism, corruption, malfeasance, and shady backroom deals that destroyed any possibility of middle-American voters placing one shred of trust in her.
  4. Cheating Bernie, thus alienating much of what should have been her base.
  5. "YouTube Video"
  6. "Email Server."
  7. "What difference does it make?"
...And on, and on, and on, and on.
