Before long Trump’s cabinet members availing themselves of Bible studies will be smeared as “bitter clingers”, “religious freaks”, “holy rollers” and worse

MSM already queuing up to smear White House Bible Studies

The reaction of the sniping mainstream media to White House Bible study should make it clear that the best way to study the Holy Scriptures of the Bible is to ‘Home School’ one’s self in the Holy Book. Bible Studies should be daily, not weekly and completely free of politics. To do it right you need neither priest nor pastor, only your most sincere self and the always available God Almighty. Just as CFP predicted, the weekly Bible studies attended at the White House by members of President Donald Trump’s cabinet, opens up the way for ginned-up ridicule of Christianity.
The group of Trump cabinet officials attending weekly Bible study meetings are being reported as though they’ve been caught up doing something nefarious: “A group of Trump cabinet officials attends a weekly bible study meeting together. (Daily Mail, July 31, 2017)
“Attendees include Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, and Education Secretary Betsy De Vos, Health department secretary Tom Price, Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue, and CIA Director Mike Pompeo.  “Vice President Mike Pence, Housing Secretary Ben Carson, EPA Secretary Scott Pruitt also identified.”
Attendees are already being described as “religious heavy hitters:
“A dozen members of President Trump's cabinet gather for weekly bible study group meetings, in a power-packed gathering that includes a top spymaster as well as endangered Attorney General Jeff Sessions. (Daily Mail) “Despite having schedules packed with travel and heavy responsibilities – the religious heavy-hitters attend the study whenever they can, said Ralph Drollinger of Capitol Ministries.” 'It's the best Bible study that I've ever taught in my life. They are so teachable. They're so noble. They're so learned,' he told CBN News, which will soon air a segment on the study group and reported on it Monday.”

Fighting words to a largely secular, ravenous MSM. Attendance to the weekly, hour-long scripture sessions are voluntary rather than mandatory, but the president has already been accused of going AWOL and ducking them:
“One person he didn't mention as attending is President Trump.” (Daily Mail)
Reports on the White House Bible Studies leave ample room for MSM to slide in sarcasm:
“Among regular attendees is Sessions, who demonstrated his willingness to turn the other cheek while enduring repeated slights from the president, who even called him 'weak' in a tweet last week. (Daily Mail) 'He'll [Sessions] go out the same day I teach him something and I'll see him do it on camera and I just think, 'Wow, these guys are faithful, available and teachable and they're at Bible study every week they're in town,'' Drollinger told the religious network.”
Reports on the White House Bible Studies also leave room for member’s enemies to get their opinions back into play:

“Sessions has long identified himself with other religious conservatives in Congress. He found last week that he could count on them for continued support despite Trump's barbs and his own tenuous job situation. (Daily Mail) 'This effort to basically marginalize and humiliate the attorney general is not going over well in the Senate. I don't think it's going over well in the conservative world,' Sen. Lindsey Graham said, the Hill reported. 'If Jeff Sessions is fired, there will be holy hell to pay.’
Any public display of love of God and the Bible will be ferociously attacked by the progressive-run MSM.
“The report of the bible study group comes just days after Trump communications director unloaded in a profanity-laced tirade against since-resigned chief of staff Reince Priebus and senior strategist Stephen Bannon. (Daily Mail)  “Shortly after Christmas in 2015, Trump brandished a bible as he told an Iowa crowd: 'I even brought my Bible — the evangelicals, OK? We love the evangelicals and we’re polling so well.' “He continued: 'This Bible was given to me by my mother, going to Sunday school … So, we love the Bible. It’s the best. We love ‘The Art of the Deal,’ but the Bible is far, far superior, yes.”
Outrage punctuated Melania Trump’s recitation of the Lord’s Prayer last February 18, 2017 in Florida. Before long Trump’s cabinet members availing themselves of Bible studies will be smeared as “bitter clingers”, “religious freaks”, “holy rollers” and worse. All believers should homeschool themselves in the Bible, ignore the continuing visceral hatred of the MSM and pray, pray, pray.
