91-Minute Video Released, titled: "Knowledge is for acting Upon," subtitled "The Manhattan Raid."

11 September 2006; UPDaTED: Late yesterday, another video was posted in its entirety on the Internet; bearing the markings of as Sahab, the video contained previously unseen footage of Osama bin Laden and other al Qaeda terrorists allegedly planning the attacks of September 11, 2001 in a mountain camp type setting. Only sections of the 91-minute video were aired by the al-Jazeera network on Thursday, which was titled: "Knowledge is for acting Upon," and subtitled "The Manhattan Raid." Sections of that video show terrorists undergoing martial arts training, and using knives and box cutters to act out the slashing of the throats of their intended victims, most likely thethe first victims of 9/11 – the flight attendants and crews of the four hijacked airliners.

The video includes the "last testament" of two of the terrorists , Wail al-Shehri and Hamza al-Ghamdi, and also shows Osama bin Laden walking throughout the training grounds greeting followers.

Narrated on the video: "among the devout group which responded to the order of allah and order of his messenger were the heroes of September 11, who wrote with the ink of their blood the greatest pages of modern history," referencing the hijackers. al-Shehri was on american airlines Flight 11, the first plane to hit the World Trade Center, and al-Ghamdi was on United airlines Flight 175, which hit the second tower.

an analysis of the video described it as being "unusually long and sophisticated in its production" compared to previous al-Qaeda videos, according to US intelligence analysts.
