How far will the Left go to gain power?

A looming sense of foreboding in America

A looming sense of foreboding in America
In his response to the cascade of last-minute accusations of sexual misconduct directed at him, Judge Brett Kavanaugh said:

“I understand the passions of the moment. But I would say to those senators, ‘Your words have meaning.’ Millions of Americans listened carefully to you. Given comments like those, is it any surprise that people have been willing to do anything, to make any physical threat against my family, to send any violent email to my wife? To make any kind of allegation against me and against my friends? To blow me up and take me down? (He then said) “You sowed the wind. For decades to come, I fear the whole country will reap the whirlwind.”

    Extreme Danger. Elections Ahead
Billy Joel once sang, “..the closer you get to the fire the more you get burned, but that won’t happen to us, because it’s always been a matter of trust.”

And, likewise America’s 242nd year experiment in self-government, has always been a matter of trust. Our societal framework and the United States Constitution only work when We The People trust our government. Coincidently, we may also know how close any one of us will get to that fire and who might be burned by it, very soon.

There’s no middle ground anymore with Democrats

There’s no middle ground anymore with Democrats
There used to be some middle ground between Republicans and Democrats, but the Democrats have demonstrated that there is no more middle ground on what they say they stand for, and there is no middle ground for voters when they vote in November.

Democrats Can Kiss Their Lost White Working Class Vote Goodbye
Mickey Mouse had Goofy, a cartoon character whose full name has occasionally been given as Goofus D. Dawg. Barack Obama had vice president Joe Biden, ‘officially’ known to deplorables as ‘Bite Me’ or just plain ‘Uncle Joe’.

Good thing that someone in the Obama administration had an official name.

    Rule of Party of One

    Rule of Party of One
It is upsetting to find out that a principal asked a high school student to remove his baseball jersey at a game where everyone was encouraged to wear patriotic t-shirts.  His white jersey sported the American flag, the name Trump, and number 45. The student had to remove the shirt deemed as making questionable political statements and inciting violence.

The Spying Game — Is ‘No Rules’ the New Rule?

    By Dr. Ludwig de Braeckeleer

The Spying Game — Is ‘No Rules’ the New Rule,
American and Russian intelligence services have long held a gentlemen’s agreement—often referred to as Moscow rules—that limited how they engaged with each other. Under these rules, they agreed not to attack each other physically and not to engage in certain types of activities. In the light of recent events, one can only wonder if the spooks are still playing the game by these rules?

Trump Rally Television Viewers: ‘Bite Me, Fox News’

    By Judi McLeod

Coming across Joe Biden’s photo in Leslie Marshall’s Fox piece, ‘I’ve found the Democratic candidate who can defeat Trump in 2020’ almost had me falling off my computer chair in gales of irrepressible laughter.

In most of his pictures ‘Bite Me’ looks like he is: goofy.

Beto is as Phony as Barack
In 2008, the national news media swooned over the prospect of an African American President of the United States. The Democratic Party’s presidential nominee was freshman U.S. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL). He was treated to kid glove treatment by the media.

Michelle Obama Spanking Hillary & Holder With A Feather
If Michelle Obama is, as some media describe it, “spanking” her husband’s former Attorney General Eric Holder and his embittered protégé Hillary Clinton for claiming it’s high time to throw civility out the window, then she must be doing it with a feather.

It’s Midterms 2018—and YOU Are There
It’s the middle of the Midterm Election Campaign and President Donald Trump is drawing tens of thousands of patriots to his rallies.  That’s hundreds of thousands if you add them all up.

People line up for hours to get into the rally venues and stand outside. sometimes in the chill and rain for hours as they did in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Tuesday night.

    State of Play

    State of Play
I don’t think it will serve any real purpose to rehash the despicable behavior of the media, the Left and the Democrats as they collectively tried to block a good man from assuming a position on the Supreme Court.
