Landowners crack down on government sponsored injustice and cruelty

By Randy Hillier

Wednesday, april 5, 2006

The Landowners who witnessed first hand the cruelty to the hens and cavalier destruction of private property at the Carmichael farm on Thursday March 23, 2006 will demand the OPP investigate the actions of the CFIa, Ontario egg producers, and the OSPCa.

On april 4 at 10:30 am the landowners will present witness statements and photographic evidence to the OPP and demand that an investigation be launched under sections 445 and 446 of the criminal code, and further demand that charges be laid against those who participated in violating these sections.

The Landowners have made arrangements with Inspector Brent Hill (Prescott detachment commander) to be present and accept these witness statements.

The landowners further demand answers regarding the OPP's eleven month involvement in the undercover surveillance of Shawn Carmichael and his family. In sworn avadavits and court documents the OLa has learned that upwards of six OPP officers and six CFIa inspectors kept Shawn Carmichael and his properties under surveillance with regards to improper grading of eggs.In addition inspectors flew to Nova Scotia and collected evidence regarding the cartons Shawn uses for packing eggs. These officers and inspectors interrogated Shawn's customers and attempted to coerce detrimental statements from his customers during this surveillance period.

While gangs shoot up innocent victims in Toronto, and our borders are open to smugglers of guns, drugs, and illegal aliens; our Police services devote their manpower to find an egg grader who has run afoul of a bureaucrat.

The line separating lawful and just enforcement, from Fascism has moved, and must be redrawn to respect the community's sense of natural justice.

We encourage all landowners and those who demand an end to government injustice, and double standards to lay formal complaints with our politicians, and comer to Prescott on Tuesday april 4, 2006.

Randy Hillier, President, Ontario Landowners association
