Aminopterin, abortion aiding drugs

Outrage as Hundreds of Beloved Animals Poisoned, but Yawn at Poisoned Unborn

BUDAPEST, Hungary, Mar. 27 /Christian Newswire/ -- In a truly tragic story regarding tainted food poisonings of hundreds of dogs and cats, one should consider that abortion is actually related to this very sad story. According to a previous article, Pet Owners Double Checking Cabinets, the substance that is killing these beloved animals is "aminopterin, a cancer drug that once was used to induce abortions in the United States and is still used to kill rats in some other countries, state Agriculture Commissioner Patrick Hooker said."

"I find it amazing that the justified outrage against this poisoning incident cannot be also turned toward the continued slaughter of the unborn by abortifacient drugs like RU-486." So says Phil Magnan, Director for Biblical Family Advocates. "Remarkably this same substance that is killing these pets has been used to kill rats. It was also used to induce abortion in the 50s and 60s, but was discontinued because there were the serious side effects of producing very deformed children, when the administration of aminopterin failed to kill the child in the womb, as it was an abortifacient drug."

BFA hopes that many Americans as well as the many other countries will reconsider the debate about the use of abortifacient drugs. Magnan continued "It would truly be remarkable if the FDA had as much consideration for the unborn as they do for these suffering animals. RU-486 and the many other abortion drugs are nothing more that human pesticides marketed by organizations like Planned Parenthood, who kill millions of tiny humans this way. I am also waiting for animal rights advocacy groups to speak against the poisoning of the animal species called humans. If it is not compassionate to poison an animal, why do we poison pre born humans? Even Jesus Christ said we were of greater value than the animals."
