Supremes look ready to end compulsory union dues

It's public information if you want to look it up. Go ahead. Search for the donor records of just about any Democrat candidate for any significant office. What you'll find is that the list is heavily populated with labor unions, many of them representing public employees.

What natural disasters should teach us

I express my deepest sympathies to the people in the Caribbean and United States who have been impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. The loss of life was tragic but has thankfully been much lower than in many previous storms. Buildings are stronger, people get warned in time to get out, and they have vehicles to get to safer places until the storms pass.

Hugh Hefner, September 27, 2017: The Hef Is Gone Whatever Shall We Do?

David Meade, who created all the hype about the end of the world on September 23, of this year has now decided that the date will now be more likely on October 15th of 2017. There is little reason to attack or even discuss the error this man has made; the real question is why anyone has believed him to begin with.

Disney's first two 4K disc titles, Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 and Pirates of the Caribbean Volume 5 are welcome additions to the burgeoning 4K title library, though one is much better than the other as both a home video presentation and as a movie.

Illegal aliens costing Americans $135 billion a year

Lefties often like to tell us what we could get for the billions that we spend on new military hardware. They’re less enthusiastic about telling us what we could get for the billions we spend on welfare or environmental projects or research grants that study alcoholism in lesbian mice. Or the $135 billion a year that illegal aliens cost us.

Hugh Hefner dead at 91

Hugh Hefner died yesterday. Good riddance. Hefner led a so-called “sexual revolution” that resulted in untold millions of broken families, rolling epidemics of life-damaging and life-ending sexually transmitted diseases, and the normalization of drug and alcohol abuse, risky premarital and extra-marital sex, and the abortion culture.

China Battles Islam While Western MSM focuses attention elsewhere

You won’t be reading anything about this in the New York Times, Washington Post, or view anything on the same subject on any of the alphabet television networks: “Chinese authorities in the northwestern region of Xinjiang have ordered ethnic minority Muslim families to hand in religious items including prayer mats and copies of the Quran to the authorities.”

Why won’t the Justice Department pursue Lois Lerner?

The Department of Justice (DoJ) recently announced that it will not pursue a criminal investigation into Lois Lerner, the former director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), who admitted to targeting and aggressively harassing Tea Party groups. With Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin’s affinity for the IRS—and the recent news that he asked to use a military jet to ferry him and his wife on their honeymoon—raises questions about his influence on the DoJ’s decision not to pursue Lerner for her illegal actions.

Oh my: Four arrested when fight breaks out at Berkeley ‘empathy tent’

I would say this is ironic, but that's only true if don't recognize the Orwellian nature of the language being used. Just as Antifa is about the most Fascist organization around, most campus "peace activists" are generally at war with just about everyone who doesn't see the world the way they do.
