Rittenhouse Prosecution Fails: Bad Facts, Gross Errors & Innocent Defendant

Introduction: In an instance where reality obliterated fake news reporting from our mainstream media – MSM, Kyle Rittenhouse's prosecution has played out like a child's simple theory of right and wrong. Meanwhile, against the perverse coverage of the MSM, who always omit and mis-characterize stories they dislike, when not openly lying, the truth emerged. Kyle was always the victim in this manhunt. And it's astonishing how a crowd immediately morphed into an execution unit ready for frontier justice without a single fact proved to them, or any due process, but ready to execute a stranger on the spot.

Rosenbaum, Pedophile:

On the fateful night of the protests, August 25, 2020, Kyle vowed to help keep peace at the Jacob Blake protests. Kyle's first encounter was with bald Joseph Rosenbaum, who came advocating racial justice. Looking the young Richard Dreyfuss, but acting out DeNiro's Taxi Driver,he was there for action. Twisted Rosenbaum, just released by a psychiatric hospital, saw libertarian peacemakers carrying weapons. Instantly offended, he waltzed up, a pretend martyr, demanding to be shot. Ignored, he then began hunting conservatives. 

Joseph, Murder Threat

Spying Rittenhouse, he announced he'd like to murder him. Joseph then chased Kyle, grabbing the younger man's rifle until the spooked lad spun and shot him. Sow the wind and reap a whirlwind! Sadly, the confused Rosenbaum, a convicted child molestor and boy sodomist, felt himself a savior, but was not on his prescribed bipolar medicine that night, admits his girlfriend. His pharmacy was boarded up. We shouldn't be shocked how many liberal activists labor under mental health diagnoses. Yet, the lost Rosenbaum was just following his new woke religion.

Kyle Running:

Screams rang out, "Get him, get that dude! Buss him! He just shot someone!" filled the night air.Rittenhouse was now chased down the boulevard by a dozen Social Justice Warrior wanna-be killers. Sensing the burgeoning melee, Kyle trotted in the center of the road as one member swung and knocked his hat off. Picking up speed to avoid the growing pack, Kyle tripped, and went down. Then the first running guy tried to jump onto his head, so Kyle shot at him twice, but missed and he left.

Huber, Radical Skater

Simultaneously, Kyle was set upon by hoodie'd skateboarder Anthony Huber. A violent redheadwho followed his own leftist beliefs, who dashed from the curb and tried to brain him with his board, then grabbed at his rifle, but stumbled as the target moved. Kyle rolled and shot him next, and the skateboarder knelt, fell and lay bleeding-out in the dark. CNN reports, 

"Anthony Huber was armed with nothing but his skateboard when he spotted an armed person among a crowded street in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but he still ran toward the danger, his girlfriend says. "He pushed me out of the way, like he was telling me to run off, and I tried to grab him," Hannah Gittings told CNN. "I should have been there, but there was going to be no changing his mind. He did a heroic thing.""

Gaige, Would-be Killer:

Immediately after, another rioter then approached Kyle, reaching to grab his gun. As Kyle pulled back his rifle, Gaige Grosskreutz pulled out a pistol, pointing it in Kyle's face, who then shot him, severing his bicep. (Later, during trial testimony, a seemingly mesmerized Gaige repeatedly admitted Defense's theory of the case was correct, obliterating any chance for conviction.)

Then rioters stopped approaching Kyle, so he picked himself up and started walking again. As police riot units approached, Kyle raised his hands, but they just hurried by.

MSM Fake News:

And so played out a major morality tale outlined by the MSM. They used their typical deceptions, demonization, stale moralizing and tricks to persuade us that an angry Aryan youth went out to murder leftists with an evil gun and ended killing peaceful anti-racism protesters. Yet this trial almost immediately obliterated this trite and smug picture of the events.

Marxist Street Fighters

This woke, Marxian Humanist religion developed a call for street activism. Recall, when the obscene, large-mouthed Maxine Waters instructed her followers to confront Trump's administration:

"Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere," Waters said at the Wilshire Federal Building, according to video of the event. 

Humanist Religion:

This woke religion is not biblical, but anti-Christian. It demands revenge and permits lying to serve the higher purpose. And the fascinating thing is that it is the non-religious and atheists who long to take part in this group movement, because it is a crippled idea without any redeeming qualities. Undoubtedly,  part of their motivation is the idea of purging their sins to take part in sanctified activities. Accordingly, they have an opportunity to assume the mantle of the righteous and fight declared evils.

True Partisans:

Carl Schmitt, in his Theory of the Partisan, details how political partisanship takes on the nature of the "illegal resistance fighter and underground activist." We detect this quite regularly as the Democrat party will go to any lengths to win, for example creating a fake Russian dossier on Trump, or using myriad topics as stalking horses to draw closer to the goal. Such as Global Warming, anti-racism, virus policies, etc, etc. Their final goal is nothing short of total destruction of the opposition to force all into world utopia. A fate worse than death in historical results. 

Neo Paganism:

As a pagan belief system, this false faith is a works based religion. And the mentally weak and psychically ill are sucked into these nonsensical morality tales which call out miscreants and launch into wars for revenge. The latter is waged against persons and organizations of any not seen as sufficiently liberal or woke, or rejecting the sanctified shibboleths. We've seen these crazed leftist groups recently attacking Dem Senators Manchin and Sinema, revealing how true is the observation, the radical mob always devours its own.

Failed Prosecution:

Now, because an inherently weak case damaged by mistakes, the State of Wisconsin has no credible chance of gaining a fair conviction. We may get a Directed Verdict or a Mistrial. But if the jury made an emotional decision, or more likely – they voted to convict out of a perceived desire to avoid threat or attack after an acquittal, the Defense can file a motion for Judgment Not Withstanding the Verdict. JNOV: "This motion argues that no reasonable jury could reach the verdict that the jury in this case just did. In other words, it claims that the jury did not follow proper instructions and ruled for the opposing party based on legally insufficient evidence." But this case will be overturned on conviction by the appeals court, should it ever get that far. And the MSM will never learn a single lesson from yet another professional debacle.
