Another Bite of the Apple, Democrats, TrumpCan you believe that the feckless Democrats are trying to take another “bite of the apple” of trying to get President Trump out of office? The Jerrold Nadler-led House Judiciary Committee, which is searching for anything to hang around the neck of President Trump, would be the 5th “bite” after the FBI. The same House Committee, prior to Nadler's chairmanship, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Mueller Special Counsel investigation, all found no evidence of illegality by President Trump. Now Nadler is going to waste more time and money in trying to do what the 4 other investigations failed to find--that Trump committed impeachable crimes.
What these anti-Trumpers don't realize is that the average American voter is sick and tired of their constant harassment of the president of the United States. The “Trump Derangement Syndrome” seems to have infected most of the Democrat Party, especially the candidates for the Democrat nomination for president, otherwise why would they continue down this wrongheaded path which will lead to losing the next presidential election of 2020? Shouldn't the Democrat politicians be spending their time legislating rather than investigating? Why don't they try to solve some of our nation’s major problems like: fixing our broken immigration laws; ratifying the Mexico/Canada/U.S. Trade Pact that replaces NAFTA; tackling the drug and opioid crisis that has reached epidemic proportions; and many other problems that need immediate attention. All of these problems seem to be taking a back seat to trying to impeach President Trump. The results of the two latest special congressional elections in that “purple” state of North Carolina, seem to have signified that no matter how much money is spent (mainly from outside the district for the Democrat), it was the popularity of President Trump that turned the tide for the two Republican candidates.

Even though some people are turned off by some of the things that Trump says, tweets, or does, it is his policies that most of the people favor, and, therefore, support him even in the face of the main stream media (which is 90% negative of Trump) spewing out a 24/7 blather of anti-Trump stories. Trump's popularity seems to have survived this coordinated assault by the Democrats and the media and he will, in addition, survive this Nadler witch hunt. The Democrats, under the direction of Jerrold Nadler, are playing right into the hands of President Trump as their assault and harassment will backfire as the average voter can sense “overkill” rather than “oversight” as the Democrats try to slime the character of President Trump. So, as a conservative Republican, I hope the Democrats continue on their exercise of futility in trying to unseat the president. It'll mean 4 more years of the Trump Administration in keeping America great.
