Gatineau — The leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC), Maxime Bernier, will be in Sainte-Marie, Québec to speak to reporters and condemn the Conservative Party plot to “seek and destroy” the People’s Party of Canada. Last night, the Globe and Mail reported that the Daisy Group consulting firm worked on a secret campaign called “Project Cactus” that focussed on portraying the Party and its supporters as racists. A source identifies the project client as the Conservative Party of Canada.
