Under the direction of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff, the House of Representatives voted on a resolution October 31 directing the House to “continue” an Inquiry to see if “sufficient grounds exist for the House...to impeach Donald John Trump, President...” The problem is, they seem to have forgotten that the whole House never voted on BEGINNING such an Inquiry!
And while neglecting the full House vote on such an inquiry may not be a sign of insanity, the fact that this inquiry is currently headed up by Adam Schiff is. You see, Chairman Schiff, who told us non-existent collusion with Russia was “in plain sight,” and who, in September, opened his impeachment proceedings enacting an elaborate lie about The Ukraine Phone Call, will have total oversight over all meetings and over the eventual summary report of these meetings that will go to an as yet insufficiently defined Impeachment Committee.
Let’s compare the procedure voted on by the whole House of Representatives when Bill Clinton was impeached to what the Pelosi-Schiff Get Trump cabal put to a House vote a few days ago. Mark Levin spoke about it on his “Life, Liberty, and Levin” TV broadcast on Fox News November 3, 2019:
“This is what it says, ‘Resolution,’ it doesn’t say ‘Impeachment Inquiry Resolution,’
Resolution, October 29, 2019: “The House authorizes the Committee on the Judiciary [Levin added, ‘When it eventually gets there from the Intelligence committee.’] to conduct proceedings relating to the impeachment inquiry referenced in the first section of this resolution pursuant to procedures submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the chair of the Committee on Rules, including such procedures as to allow for the participation of the President and his counsel.”
“That’s all it says about the President and his counsel. And I keep hearing Democrats on TV say it’s the same as Clinton,” said Levin.
Post-Constitutional America in which the Democrat Party is the only Party that matters
Levin then went on to read what it said about the President and his counsel from the Clinton Impeachment Inquiry of October 7, 1998 in the section Investigatory Powers of The Committee on the Judiciary With Respect To Its Impeachment Inquiry:
“The Committee adopted by voice vote, a number of protections for the President. The President and his counsel shall be invited to attend all executive session and open committee hearings. The President’s counsel may cross examine witnesses. The President May make objections regarding the pertinency of evidence. The President’s counsel shall be invited to suggest that the Committee receive additional evidence. Lastly, the President or the President’s counsel shall be invited to respond to the evidence adduced by the Committee at an appropriate time.”
After concluding the quote, Levin added: “Did you hear that in this [Resolution of October 29, 2019]? So what rights do the President and his counsel have? We have no Idea!”
U.S. Representative Mo Brooks (Alabama), a guest on Levin’s show, then added:
“The news media, The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC and a host of others have totally abrogated their role as watchdogs of the federal government...to the point where you cannot trust a single word they say!”
While most Americans believe we live in a democratically-run Constitutional republic, our nation’s leading Democrats do not. They act like we are in a post-Constitutional America in which the Democrat Party is the only Party that matters and they have the right to brazenly lie and unilaterally impose their will on us.

Demokratika cannot function with a Constitution that consists of words that have one meaning
In this imagined and/or hoped-for nation of the Democrats, (what I call Demokratika), Presidential impeachment need have nothing to do with Treason or with High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Politically-incited utter hatred of the President will do just fine.
Demokratika cannot function with a Constitution that consists of words that have one meaning. The Constitution substitute is a “living, breathing” document, as popularized by Woodrow Wilson. That essentially means that the laws are whatever District or Appellate judges construe them to mean for that particular time and situation.
Words in laws, legal precedent, and the Constitution of Demokratika no longer are bound by their original meaning. Original meaning of words doesn’t even matter unless it helps the argument.
Rather than law being what the words say as defined when written, law becomes whatever suits the political motivation of the judge. Words and statutes are manipulated to mean whatever the judge wants them to mean at that particular moment.
And society slips more and more into meaninglessness. It depends on who’s at the top of the propaganda chain and how much of the nation is deceived by it.
Democracy dies in darkness, says The Washington Post every day. But the darkness is within the Washington Post itself and their Democrat-bound cohorts. The necessities of current political propaganda which is dominated by Democrat-biased political attacks, and gives Democrats a pass on any wrong-doing, becomes the darkness that kills our democratic process.
As to the phony impeachment process going on, we need to continue flooding our Representatives and Senators with calls, emails, letters, and friendly but passionate visits to their offices until it is stopped!
