From Swamp Wars to Treasonous CoupAlthough the mainstream media is intent on presenting half a picture of reality, there is obviously another reality evident in the churning of the impeachment drama on the national stage. Recently, the point man for the “civil” coup d’état, Adam Schiff, stated that the impeachment proceedings would begin and the American people would be able to determine for themselves the motivation for initiating the impeachment inquiry. Actually, after the Democrat debacle last week, American citizens who have been able to wade through the MSM BS, may be able to see more clearly.
As the majority party in the House of Representatives, they have proven to the American people that it is not wise to trust the Democrats with such nearly absolute power. That is something the good people of California already know. The one-party state has promoted Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff and these politico types to positions of power that they do not easily like to lose if they can help it. So, the essential battleplan to not be required by the Constitution to relinquish power is to nullify elections. If there is any doubt, one simply needs to look at the fiasco of the one-sided “Democratic” National Convention during Hillary Clinton’s burning of Bernie. The Democrat leaders seemed to care about the appearance of Election 2016, but Donald Trump was right when he described the system as “rigged.” It would make a great sociological research project to determine how many Americans would want a sporting event rigged in favor of one team or another. Most would want to see a fair contest. It is the criminals who stand to make a wad of money when wanting to rig a sporting event-- like rigging a fight, or paying off a referee to make calls favoring one team as opposed to another. For those who choose to watch game shows on television, or those who play video games, there are not many who would embrace such games being rigged. So why should it be acceptable in politics? The owners of the “game” of politics are the political parties, the party leadership, and the donor class who pay to play as if running a horse in a race. Ever wonder why it is called a “race” when it comes to politics? Today, it is becoming more of a “race” between “We the people” discovering that they have been cheated through some corrupt election process before a politician is able to take the oath of the elected office. Or, it could be viewed as a race of how fast a politician can steal the people’s hard earned money. Certainly, political parties are milking the impeachment drama as a unique means of fundraising. Additionally, the MSM is hoping to boost ratings to some extent. Yet what is the gain for the American people? The net gain may be the exposure of just how “rigged” the system has been for some time.

Yet, common sense applied to the recent political developments since the 2016 election year can help provide more clarity than the MSM and the “owners” in the “game” called the political arena. And make no mistake - much more is at stake than a boxing title, or a championship trophy, or a video game victory. The “owners” of the political arena are actually a conglomerate of people and organizations that only provide an appearance of support of democratic values. But, even the idea of democratic values has been corrupted by the party of the same name. And, the illusion they have painted that there are “democratic values” has been well orchestrated. It is nevertheless, an illusion. The Founders did not die for a democracy, they died for a Republic -- a Constitutional Republic. The escalation from the Swamp Wars to the coup d’état was a shift in the battle for the Soul of America. Newly elected President Trump brought the Swamp Wars -- to drain the swamp of the existing political corruption in Washington, D.C. And the truth is that Trump has inspired a “civil” revolution against the “owners” of the political arena. Thus, the “resistance” was mounted, and the evidence of that resistance manifested when the Deep State operatives were activated, We have a timeline of this thanks to the Deep State resistance. When candidate Trump won the Republican Party nomination--seemingly against all odds--the operation to destroy Trump was initiated. Citizens have witnessed it play out like we were watching a distorted, one-sided attack as if Trump were a lighting rod for all the hatred against a genuine America and the principles for which she stands.

When Deep State resistance did not succeed as premeditated, the coup d’état became the next phase in the battle to retain power over the American people. It is not easy to fool a great many of the people, but after last week, the witnesses with zero evidence left many in wonder of the value of the proceedings. Even an article in the New York Post admitted that Schiff’s “star” witnesses did not provide much of anything resembling evidence. In an article by Post writer, Michael Goodwin, he expressed what many viewers thought: Is that it? Is that all they’ve got? Day One of impeachment was not exactly must-see TV. Sure, it was interesting and substantive at times, which would be compliments if this were a graduate school seminar about the lonely lives and confusing experiences of far-flung diplomats. But this was a congressional hearing to determine whether to file charges against and ultimately remove the president of the United States. By that standard, the Adam Schiff show was a flop. When Deep State resistance did not succeed as premeditated, the resistance morphed into a coup d’état with ever-so-slight public permutations all grounded by a hatred for a single man named Donald J. Trump. But, that is simply the touchstone and external excuse of fighting like Hell to undermine the Constitution of the United States of America and the value of voting in legitimate elections. What the average American does not realize is that there has been a war against the United States since its inception. There has been a very subtle war against the government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The battle for the Soul of America

The battle for the Soul of America began long, long ago. But, this formidable battle is about more than just the elimination of a despicable POTUS. The enemy is vast and not simply limited to the domestic enemy Americans have seen recently. Since the 2016 general election, that enemy has come out of the closet willingly, and it has come out of the closet because it was exposed and could no longer remain in the shadows. The Deep State is slowly being revealed and truly exposed. This represents a paradigm shift for many good people who could not have imagined this to be the case. It is equivalent to coming to grips with the horror of the simultaneous terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Unfortunately, this battle will not be over any time soon. It will not end if President Trump, God forbid, is impeached and removed from office. In fact, without a strong leader like Trump, it will only signal to the political criminal cabal of Democrat leaders, Socialist Democrats (the infant Communists), the Globalists, and the “Never Trumper” GOP Elitists, that they defeated one of their biggest obstacles. It will only empower them. Long ago wisdom was shared finally after centuries of tyranny that “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” So, the average American is essentially faced with an existential choice, much like the two political party operations presently. The political criminal cabal of Democrat leaders, Socialist Democrats (infant Communists), Globalists, and “Never Trumper” GOP Elitists see that they face an existential threat, and many awakened Americans can see their reaction. The figurative “handwriting on the wall” is in the documents that their prophets have written and left to their posterity. But now, the average American faces an existential choice of whether they wish to continue to live free or submit. It may seem cliche’ to many, but it is that simple. A dear brother, a Christian minister, has explained it in simple terms… American citizens who stand to lose their freedoms are either:
  1. part of the solution,
  2. the irrelevant so-called silent majority, or
  3. among those who make a generalized Rah - rah call for “more God in government,” not truly knowing what that really means.

Many in the silent majority are too old or too young to understand, or to even do much in this battle for America’s Soul. Many Americans are too arrogant to adjust with the times and move out of their individual or corporate comfort zones, and some add to the destruction of the nation by what they do (or do not do) in this time. Unfortunately, in a war, there is always collateral damage when people are caught in confusion, denial, indecision, or ineffective response-ability. As for those who are waiting for God to take care of everything and “make it right,” God gave human beings a prescription for healing one’s nation. 2 Chronicles 7:14 is that prescription. Yet, throughout human history, God has always relied upon human champions to exercise His will. It may be now that He is expecting all of us to become champions in exercising His will. Intelligent and “God-fearing” people should wonder if God helped the Founding Fathers in the creation of this great nation, is it His will that America would become a failure? If God helped the Founding Fathers in creating America, will He not help this generation if they follow His prescription? Just before the shooting started in Massachusetts which launched the War for American independence, in April of 1775, Patrick Henry made an impassioned speech to fellow Virginians in a humble church. Students of American history are somewhat familiar with Patrick Henry’s most famous quotation. However, many citizens have not read the full speech. His conclusion may seem appropriate for a better response to the soft coup d’état of a domestic enemy:
They tell us, sir, that we are weak—unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed… Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature has placed in our power. Three millions of people armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, air, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave... There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable—and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come! It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace — but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! ...Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!
More Patrick Henrys are needed in America today. It is time that citizens become part of the solution. Right now, the battle for America’s Soul is a spiritual and litiginous battle. More modern Patrick Henrys, more American citizens who become part of the solution will ensure that “We the people” have a civilized chance to keep our Republic intact.
