Trump indeed seeks the life and prosperity of America beginning with the unborn

Catholic Bishop Detracts Trump by Saying He is Not Pro-life

Catholic Bishop Detracts Trump by Saying He is Not Pro-lifeBishop John Stowe of Lexington has had the audacity to publicly detract President Trump for his excellent work to defend the life of the unborn, saying he is "anti-life." Without backing up his words or showing evidence of his claim, he said:
“For this president to call himself pro-life, and for anybody to back him because of claims of being pro-life, is almost willful ignorance. He is so much anti-life because he is only concerned about himself, and he gives us every, every, every indication of that.”
Stowe, an avid LGBT-rights advocate is obviously not in good standing with the Church. His comments reflect the typical left-wing anti-Trump bashing that we hear from socialist thugs like George Soros, Hillary Clinton, and Jeffrey Sachs—certainly not a Catholic perspective of the president. Though he wears a collar and garb, the bishop is only Catholic by name for he uses his position to push radical left-wing politics, saying "we can’t claim to be pro-life if we support the separation of children from their parents at the U.S. border" and he murders the cause of life by publicly discrediting the greatest pro-life president we have ever had.
It is Bishop Stowe who is "concerned about himself," so much so that he can't see straight. Like the Pharisees who murdered the Christ out of envy, this 'high priest' attacks Trump out of envy. With Pharisaic malice, he lashes out against the president because life to him apparently means life for radical-left causes like illegal immigration, not life for the unborn. If he loved the unborn he would honor Trump's work but malice and anger blind him.

Truly Pro-life

The best Catholics of our time including Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, Cardinal Raymond Burke, and LifeSiteNews editor John Henry Westen all agree that President Trump is wonderfully pro-life. Father Frank Pavone, the Catholic priest who heads Priests for Life, has this to say:
“President Trump is the most pro-life President we have had, not only because he is committed to protecting the children in the womb (the only group of people whose right to life is denied under the law), but because he is committed to protecting all of us.”
Amen. In one of his first acts as president, Trump reinstated and expanded the Mexico City Policy, which prohibits taxpayer funding to groups that promote or provide abortions overseas. The change defunded Planned Parenthood’s international arm of about $100 million in U.S. tax dollars. He also intervened to stop the United Nations from supporting abortion in a resolution about sexual violence. In 2018, under his leadership, the State Department removed references to the so-called “right” to abort an unborn baby from a global human rights report as well. Moreover, during his State of the Union Address Trump slammed the governors of New York and Virginia for promoting abortion up to birth and infanticide and he called for Congress to pass a ban on late-term abortions on babies who are capable of feeling pain. This is not to mention that Trump has appointed dozens of conservative judges to federal courts and has repeatedly told the U.N. that he will not promote abortion as a human right.

Trump indeed seeks the life and prosperity of America beginning with the unborn, and he has given us "every, every, every indication" of this, but according to Bishop Stowe the president's pro-life advocacy is just a cheap political plug for votes. To the bishop Christ says, "Judge not, that you may not be judged, For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged." (Matthew 7:1,2) Stowe automatically assumes that Trump is a big, bad, capitalist wolf who is 'full of self,' not considering his own shortcomings. To him Christ says, "And why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? Or how sayest thou to thy brother: Let me cast the mote out of thy eye; and behold a beam is in thy own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam in thy own eye, and then shalt thou see to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." (Mt. 7: 3-5) Yea, let him make a good confession and repent!
