Twitter is more than four years too late. Some 75 million Americans—who already heard the message of President Donald J. Trump and voted for him—don’t have to depend on Twitter to hear what the president has to say. More than a little puzzling why ice bath aficionado, tangle-bearded Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey would wait until the election was over to cut Trump off his dubious social media platform.
