Bipartisan: Forced to Face The Fact That Congress No Longer Represents Us

Bipartisan: Forced to Face The Fact That Congress No Longer Represents UsOver the years, I've seen Democrats and Republicans appear, at least in public, to disagree on many things. However, they always manage to come together to pass legislation, like the Patriot Act, that's destructive to the Constitution and our civil liberties under it. That's why I cringe whenever I hear the word bipartisan. Moreover, bipartisan means feckless Republicans joined with socialist Democrats to pass legislation designed to undermine our civil liberties. And for some reason, there's always enough Republican skunks in Congress to advance and protect the Democrat's oppressive socialist agenda. For example, during the 2016 election, Republicans promised to repeal the unconstitutional Affordable Care Act if they were reelected, but after being reelected, just enough Republicans voted with Democrats to block the repeal.
Recently, several Republicans said they are willing to work with Democrats on a bipartisan gun control bill. I find that reprehensible! Not one single Democrat was willing to work with President Trump to secure our borders or anything else that benefited America. On the other hand, when it comes to undermining our constitutional rights, there's always plenty of Republican skunks willing to help socialist Democrats further their tyrannical Marxist agenda. That's why I don't trust Republicans any more than I do Democrats. There are too many socialist skunks on both sides. Besides that, Congress was bought by the global banking cartel at the turn of the twentieth century, and both Republicans and Democrats have been busy legislating the Constitution into oblivion ever since. What do I mean by legislating the Constitution into oblivion? Congress sold all Americans into servitude to foreign banksters through the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. The banksters prepared the 16th amendment to the Constitution to give the federal government the power to take part of the earnings of every American to pay them, the banksters, interest for every U.S. dollar in circulation. The banksters wrote the 16th Amendment because the original Constitution prohibits the federal government from taxing individual income (the fruits of labor). Ever since Congress got away with selling America out to foreign banksters and illegally amending the Constitution to benefit the banksters, Congress has been busy removing all the constitutional protections our founders put in place. And over the years, Congress put legislation in place that could be used at a later date to block any attempt to restore the Constitution and our civil liberties. Moreover, Congress put unconstitutional legislation in place like the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA). FISA established the secret courts and secret proceedings that the criminal run FBI and DOJ used in an attempt to frame President Trump and remove him from office. President Trump was a threat to the socialist agenda because he is a patriotic American; as opposed to the globalist sell outs we are usually allowed to choose from.

FISA is unconstitutional

FISA is unconstitutional because it established secret courts that violate the Fourth Amendment protection from unreasonable searches, seizures, wire taps and surveillance. It also violates the Fifth Amendment right to due process of law, the Sixth Amendment right to know your accusers and the nature of the charges against you, and finally, the Fourteenth Amendment right to equal protection under the law. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the Patriot Act were the most egregious attacks on our civil liberties in my lifetime. The mere fact that Congress passed such tyrannical legislation, that violates the entire Bill of Rights, should have outraged the vast majority of Americans, but it didn't. John Whitehead, in "Renewing the Patriot Act While America Sleeps", wrote: "The Patriot Act drove a stake through the heart of the Bill of Rights, violating at least six of the ten original amendments–the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Amendments–and possibly the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well." Mr. Whitehead went on to say, "The Patriot Act also redefined terrorism so broadly that many non-terrorist political activities such as protest marches, demonstrations and civil disobedience were considered potential terrorist acts, thereby rendering anyone desiring to engage in protected First Amendment expressive activities as suspects of the surveillance state.” That's why I was disappointed when President Trump chose Jeff Sessions as Attorney General. I didn't trust Jeff Sessions because he voted for the Patriot Act. Well, so did every other Republican except House Republicans Ron Paul, Butch Otter and Bob Ney.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the Patriot Act are against the Constitution

Senate Republicans Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Chuck Grassley, Jeff Sessions and Democrats Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, John Kerry and Dianne Feinstein all voted "yea" to the Bill of Rights killer - the Patriot Act. When it comes to protecting the Constitution and our civil liberties, there were only three House Republicans we could count on to protect and preserve the Constitution and our rights under it. Moreover, the Constitution is the source of freedom and liberty in America because it spells out our rights as citizens and limits the power of government over us. Any attack on the Constitution is an attack on us - the people. In comparison, history shows that socialism is the source of inequality and oppression throughout the world. Anyone who thinks they will be better off under an oppressive socialist government has to be politically ignorant. In fact, far too many Americans have no idea just how important the Constitution is to their liberty, freedom and well being. I say that because most Americans don't realize that people who are against the Constitution are also against their liberty and freedom. And the representatives that voted for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the Patriot Act are against the Constitution. I say that because they voted to overturn our Constitutional Rights. On top of that, the presidents that signed those Constitution killing bills into law are just as un-American as the skunks in Congress that sent the bills to them. Finally, I said all of the above so that I could say this: I was appalled and outraged by FISA's blatant attack on the Bill of Rights, but it was the Patriot Act that forced me to face the reality that Congress no longer represents us. They represent the deep state - the globalists. I say that because a loyal American of conscience would never have voted yea to such a tyrannical attack on the liberty and freedom of all Americans. The people who voted for the original Patriot Act and the subsequent renewal of it, should never be trusted to do the right thing again. They sold us out once, and they will do it again, unless we stop them.
