It's time for Hollywood and abortion to be Gone with the WindAfter Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed the Human Life Protection Act into law, the ACLU and Planned Parenthood announced they were going to sue the state because Alabama's abortion law violates a woman's "reproductive" rights. In the first place, abortion is not a right; it's a choice. People choose to have sex, choose to reproduce, and they choose to have abortions. There is nothing in the Constitution about reproductive or abortion rights because they are choices. In addition, Nancy Pelosi, who lives to vote for unconstitutional legislation, called the Alabama law unconstitutional. She voted for the Affordable Care Act, without reading it, and now she's calling another bill she hasn't read unconstitutional. If Pelosi ever read the Constitution, not a word of it got stuck between her ears.
Then there are Democrats, like Cory Booker, who want to codify abortion rights. Booker and several other Democrats called for legislation that guarantees "abortion rights" nationwide. What about the infant's right to life? Does Spartacus know that legislation to legalize murdering infants is a violation of the infant's constitutional right to life? Instead of reading Mueller's phony report in Congress, the Democrats should have read the Constitution. Apparently, they are unaware of what's in it, or they don't really care. Obviously, they have never read the Declaration of Independence that states: "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Furthermore, state abortion laws are outside the federal government's constitutional powers unless they violate the constitution. The supreme court doesn't have the "constitutional power" to strike down a state law that "protects an infant's constitutional right to life." However, it does have the power to strike down abortion laws that allow taking the lives of infants, as that violates both the 5th and 14th Amendments - right to life. On the other side of this issue, pro-lifers are hoping the Alabama law will force the supreme court to revisit and overturn Roe v. Wade - the supreme court decision that legalized infanticide. Sadly, the supreme court isn't exactly known for upholding morality or the Constitution. For example, the supreme court didn't rule on the constitutionality of the socialist Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). On the contrary, they found a way to justify it by twisting the Constitution into a pretzel.

Simply put, Justice Roberts decided that the government can force U.S. citizens to buy health insurance against their will if the fines and penalties for not buying it are called taxes. Voila, fines and penalties are magically transformed into taxes to justify legislation that wreaks of tyranny. Obamacare was tyrannical and so was the supreme court decision that upheld it's constitutionality. In light of the supreme court's decision on Obamacare, it wouldn't be a good idea to trust the supreme court to do the right thing and overturn Roe v. Wade. Apparently, the Constitution and morality is of no import to the supreme court as a whole. To put it into perspective, a majority of supreme court justices passed a death sentence on unwanted infants in the Roe v. Wade decision. It was their decision to legalize the murder of infants, although their decision violated the infant's constitutional right to life. For the sake of clarity, murder is simply defined as killing another human being, and an infant is a human being, although the depraved defenders of abortion refuse to acknowledge that fact. Moreover, abortion advocates argue that the unborn can be legally murdered because they are not a living human being, therefore they do not have constitutional rights. However, most religious people believe that life begins at conception. There are arguments from both sides about when human life begins, and the Alabama abortion law did not address that issue. However, another abortion law did.

Earlier this month, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed the Living Infants Fairness and Equality Act (LIFE Act) into law. The LIFE Act did not prohibit abortions, but it did something that abortionists hoped would never happen. The legislation prohibits abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected. In a nutshell, the LIFE Act recognizes the fact that a fetus with a heartbeat is a living human being, and that has the high priests of infanticide in a frenzy. Even Hollywood hacks attacked Gov. Kemp on social media. Alyssa Milano (the devil in drag) sent a letter to Gov. Kemp, endorsed by a number of Hellywood hactors, threatening to boycott the state over the law. According to Yahoo News, Patricia Arquette, Brie Larson, Natalie Portman, Naomi Watts, Jessica Chastain, Laura Dern, Minnie Driver, Alec Baldwin and Don Cheadle were among the hounds from Hellywood that signed Milano's letter. Milano even called on her followers to join her in a sex strike to protest anti-abortion laws. Milano most likely doesn't know that those who abstain from sex will never need an abortion. It's the best form of birth control known to man. It's called prevention - something Milano obviously knows little to nothing about. She and her disciples from Hollywood only know about and support murdering helpless infants. Finally, the argument that abortion or infanticide is a woman's reproductive right is a farce. The decision to have sex or an abortion is a choice not a right. The argument that infants are not living human beings is also a farce. If an infant has a heartbeat, then the infant is a living human being, protected by the Constitution. Twisting the constitution, denying reality and boycotting will not change that fact. If anyone deserves to be boycotted, it's Hollywood. In my opinion, it's time for Hollywood and abortion to be Gone with the Wind.
