Liberalism a mental disorder

Michael Savage is Right

Mallard Filmore had a great one liner today, “Remember, judging an entire group by the bad behavior of a few members is called Stereotyping…except when we do it to Teapartiers, then it’s called Reporting.”

In the Liberal Think-Tank (there is the universe’s wildest oxymoron), The Huffington Post, Sam Stein decries the nasty behavior of Tea Party members shouting racist slurs at members of Congress. Of course, every witness is third hand hearsay and of course no proof of this bad behavior has ever surfaced, and you can bet that more than a few investigators went after this story with a microscope. Down in Searchlight Nevada, eggs are tossed at buses transporting citizens to the kick off Tea Party in Harry Reid’s home town. No investigation was even hinted at until overwhelming evidence was placed into officials’ hands. If you are a liberal, all you need is a vague suggestion of a possible rumor that some conservative may have considered thinking bad thoughts about something the liberal supports and a Congressional committee begins checking into this “very serious issue”. A video recording of a Democrat thug physically attacking a Tea Party protester can be shown to authorities and someone on Reid or Pelosi’s staff will quash the investigation faster than a congressman can accept a bribe. I wish this were hyperbole.

Liberal thought and liberal speak have become a protected class in this country

Liberal thought and liberal speak have become a protected class in this country. It is almost as if being registered as liberal grants the bearer one of those blue disability placards allowing them to park their brain and then let their mouth run as it will. Here are some examples: Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL), compared Republicans to Nazis: Mark Thompson: Yeah, this is crazy. And they're suggesting ... the Republicans are defending themselves by saying this is happening on both sides. This is not happening on both sides. Rep. Grayson: Well, I think that's what they said about the burning of the Reichstag, if I recall correctly.” On this site, Keith Olbermann calls conservatives, "the vast unthinking throng". Ah, c’mon, Keith, tell us what you REALLY think. Julian Bond, the chairman of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, has also equated the GOP with the Nazi Party more than once. Joy Behar, of The View, apparently doesn’t like conservatives or even the male sex has a foul name for anything male or conservative and yet spends most of her time labeling the GOP as “name callers”. George Soros compared the Bush Administration with the Nazi and Communist regimes equating any opposition to his preferred socialist agenda with the politics of fear. ... “Indeed, the Bush administration has been able to improve on the techniques used by the Nazi and Communist propaganda machines." Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga. Would be called a paranoid if he had an “R” after his name: "Republicans are coming for our children. They're coming for the poor. They're coming for the sick, the elderly and the disabled." Howard Dean called the struggle between Republican and Democrat a struggle between good and evil. Guess who fit evil’s roll in his estimation? Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y. has equated using the phrase, “cut taxes” to a couple of racial slurs against blacks and Puerto Ricans. And if you happen to be a black conservative, God help you. Oreo, Uncle Tom, and traitor are just a few of the labels thrown at them. Simply because they look different, liberals expect American Blacks to also act differently. Is that not a racist view in and of itself? But since these melanin-rich Americans have the audacity to oppose the policies of the nation's first half-black president, Barack Hussein Obama; that is simply too much for the left side of the political spectrum to swallow. "I've been told I hate myself. I've been called an Uncle Tom. I've been told I'm a spook at the door," said Timothy F. Johnson, chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation, a group of black conservatives who support free market principles and limited government. "You have to be honest and true to yourself. What am I supposed to do, vote Democratic just to be popular? Just to fit in?" asked Clifton Bazar, a 45-year-old New Jersey freelance photographer and conservative blogger Liberals have from day one attempted to stick the Tea Party movement with the racist label. Having an ever-growing membership that is predominantly nonwhite seems to stick in the liberal craw. So what do they do? They slip into their preferred method of debate, name-calling. Here is a quote from Harry Belefonte, "Hitler had a lot of Jews high up in the hierarchy of the Third Reich." He said that when asked about the high level of non-white men and women in the Bush Administration. Larry Elder has a brilliant column containing several more very telling liberal quotes about how they view the conservative mainstream. I have asked in more columns than not for any liberal who disputes what I say to refute my assertions using fact and logic. I have yet to receive a single sentence much less a complete argument. It is becoming increasingly clear that Michael Savage’s diagnosis is correct, liberalism is a mental disorder. One might even consider it a syndrome since so many other syndromes such as homosexuality are associated with the disease. Tourette's syndrome would be similar since both disorders produce utterances a normally functioning member of society would not allow out of their mouth. If liberalism is now a recognized syndrome, and it appears that both Washington and the press seem to agree on this, perhaps it is incumbent on those of us with the ability to think rationally to offer the sufferer of liberalism some surcease. Vote every liberal out of office in 2010 and give them some rest.
