More financial rescues, taxes and socialism.  What happened to common sense in America?

Let the bail outs begin. AIG, the insurance giant has just been bailed out by the FEDs with nearly a hundred billion dollar infusion for starters. Translation, U.S. taxpayers aren’t paying enough taxes. Now we have to rescue business giants that do stupid business.

Granted, hundreds of thousands of Americans are losing their homes, struggling with gas prices and wondering when food prices will come down, but WE must take another collection to rescue a monster company. We see the Christmas spirit early this year. Our government bailed out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and then facilitated the sale of Bear Stearns to J.P. Morgan Chase back in March. Lehman didn’t get the big hand out but this week AIG did. Is this the part where the American people losing their homes get their homes back, paid for by others down the block? You would assume that “socialist”, family values wanting to rescue investment giants would trickle down to all us peons, since we are in the mode of writing checks. But no, for a moment I forgot the citizens are chopped liver and pay out machines for special people and corporate interests. Our big boys want to fix things, at least that’s what Obama and many in congress remind us of. They want to stop world hunger…..MORE TAXES; They want to control carbon emissions and reign in global warming…..MORE TAXES; They want to minimize the tanking of tons of financial institutions….MORE TAXES. The truth of the matter is with all the tilting and collapsing of chunks of our financial markets, we must do a whole lot more than raise more taxes and steal more money to fix it. What is the missed answer regarding intervention with crumbling financial markets, environmental melt downs, world hunger and the threat of tyrants and Islamic radicals? We are missing a basic, simple building block and fundamental principle in all our national concerns and priorities, COMMON SENSE BASED ON OUR CONSITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES. Instead, we are on a roll. We go to endless talking, endless regulation and tax increases, endless law suits and lectures on the rights of law breakers and terrorists and endless home loans over the last several years because we are told ‘the entitlement gift package’ that everyone deserves to own a home. Common sense, lesson number one; World Hunger Concerns: Obama and other liberals have great concern about solving world hunger, of course, minus Obama’s half brother in Kenya and saving the lives of 50 million aborted babies, in America with most of them being black. The truth is, we cannot solve world hunger, torture and abuse by giving more money to the tyrants who control the masses and who lives and dies. We must use our influence, creativity and moral vision to stop the murdering tyrants from killing their own. It isn’t a blank check that we need here but vision, thoughtfulness, courage and back bone to intervene if needed. Common sense, lesson number two; Crumbling financial institutions: Many years ago, greed and insanity took over banking decisions. Home loans were given for zero down and lack of concern in many cases regarding a client’s credit rating. Who cares if they weren’t a good risk and couldn’t really afford a home? They had to have one because of corporate greed and the moronic assumption by the left that ‘everyone deserves to own a home’. As a result of decades of greed, stupid financial loans and a mortgage industry looking up from China, our housing market is a ship out to sea. Common sense towards healing in this and other related markets should be….give sane loans again based on someone’s income, 10 or 20% down payment again and look for a good credit rating. No, not everyone does deserve to own a home. If they have credit problems and income challenges, they need to work years to fix it, improve their income and rating, then go again into the world of buying a home. We can’t pretend like everyone at every stage of his or her life gets to magically start a business and magically own a home. Common sense lesson number three; We need to establish here and abroad a zero tolerance strategy for Islamic fundamentalist’s attacks, legal manipulation, slander and verbal attacks from Mosques and Islamic centers and start defending our civil liberties and rights with common sense again. We are not a Unitarian, ‘all paths to God are the same’ country. Sharia law and Islamic fundamentalism will NEVER be ok or workable anywhere in our legal system, government, schools or culture. We must stop apologizing for being American and living in a country founded on Judeo, Christian values, faith and principles. That is never negotiable. Common sense lesson number four; Regarding the endless obsession with carbon emissions, environment and global warming, can you say ‘crime family’? Thousands of scientists have verified over the years that our earth heats and cools in predictable cycles. In fact many believe the globe is cooling not warming. Yet, the ‘collectors’ on the left have seen the scam and earth worship gain ‘money’ momentum by he idiot masses who think there is a mother earth crisis now. We think we need to pay more taxes and get Sir Obama in to fix everything, in-between solving world hunger and negotiating with Islamic radicals. Can we please take the ‘COMMON SENSE EXIBIT’ out of the fissile display at our national museum?
