Shokin's refusal to back down, and the Obama administration's fear of being exposed, got Shokin fired

When Democrats accused the President of withholding military aid to Ukraine, they were trying to divert attention away from the Obama administration's corruption in Ukraine. At the time, a video of Biden bragging about withholding money from Ukraine was getting too much public attention. Democrats desperately needed a diversion. Moreover, Democrats, desperate to get rid of the President and conceal the Obama administration's corruption, did what they always do. They falsely accused the President of doing the same thing that Biden actually admitted to at a meeting of the Communist Council for Globalism, known as the Council on Foreign Relations.

Investigating corruption at Burisma Holdings

In a video, taken at the Communist Council in 2018, Biden bragged about withholding a $1 billion loan guarantee until the Ukrainian government fired their top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.  Biden boasted: "I said, you're not getting the billion. I'm going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money. Well, son of a bit--, he got fired, and they put in place someone who was solid at the time." The prosecutor, that Biden wanted Ukraine to fire, was investigating corruption at Burisma Holdings. Furthermore, Burisma was paying Biden's son, Hunter Biden, huge sums of money as a board member. And according to an article in Breitbart, last year, "Hunter Biden is allegedly the subject of a criminal investigation relating to money laundering with Burisma Holdings."   Recently, Fox News reported that former Vice President Joe Biden has been formally named as a defendant in the alleged crime against Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.  Moreover, there are three important issues that have to be taken into consideration. First, Shokin was investigating corruption at Burisma Holdings. Second, Biden's son was being paid large sums of money by Burisma, and third, Biden wanted Shokin fired. The first two issues have to be connected to the third because Biden didn't have a legitimate reason to want Shokin fired. So why was Biden so desperate to have Shokin fired?

Biden claimed that he wanted Shokin fired because he was corrupt, but Biden never had any proof or offered any proof to back up his claim

Biden claimed that he wanted Shokin fired because he was corrupt, but Biden never had any proof or offered any proof to back up his claim. In addition, new evidence has surfaced that contradicts Biden's claim and gives credibility to Shokin's claim, that he was fired for refusing to end a probe into corruption at Burisma Holdings. According to Fox News, Shokin told Rudy Giuliani "that he was told to back off an investigation involving a natural gas firm that was linked to Joe Biden's son." Most recently, a recording of a conversation between Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was released. In the recording, Poroshenko told Biden that he had no evidence of wrong doing by Shokin.  Poroshenko to Biden: "Yesterday I met with General Prosecutor Shokin, And despite of the fact that we didn't have any corruption charges, we don't have any information about him doing something wrong, I specially asked him no, it was day before yesterdayI specially asked him to resign." Poroshenko made it clear that he had no legitimate reason to fire Shokin, and judging by the conversation, Biden must have told Poroshenko, in a previous conversation, to find something on Shokin that could be misconstrued as corruption and fire him for it. That would serve multiple purposes. It would stop the investigation into Burisma, discredit the investigator who started it, and remove him from office.

Biden did not have a legitimate reason to want Shokin fired

However, Poroshenko couldn't find any corruption or wrong doing to charge Shokin with, and that's exactly what he told Biden. That means Biden did not have a legitimate reason to want Shokin fired. On top of that, there's no justification for interfering in the justice system of a foreign nation. Getting back to the recording, Poroshenko continued:
"In, uh, as his, uh, position as a state person. And despite of the fact that he has a support in the power, and as a finish of my meeting with him, he promised to give me the statement on resignation. And one hour ago, he bring (sic) me the written statement of his resignation. And this is my second step for keeping my promises."
Biden:
"It's going to be critical that he works to repair the damage of Shokin...  I'm a man of my word. Now that the new prosecutor general is in place we're ready to move forward to signing the one billion dollar loan guarantee."
We have no idea what was swept under the rug after Shokin was forced to resign. Furthermore, Yuri Lutsenko replaced Shokin as Prosecutor General about three months after Shokin was forced to resign. Lutsenko supposedly finished the Burisma Investigation and exonerated the Bidens. As the New York Postnoted, "Shokin's replacement, Yuri Lutsenko, continued the investigation into Burisma and concluded there was no evidence of wrong doing by Joe or Hunter Biden."

My guess is the $4.4 million and the Anti-Corruption Group are connected to Burisma Holdings

It took three months to replace Shokin, and we have no idea what happened to the Burisma files during those three months? Any incriminating information that Shokin may have uncovered could have been and probably was destroyed (deleted) long before Lutsenko took over. In addition, Lutsenko reported, and so did Shokin, that he was told to back off of certain investigations. John Solomon interviewed Lutsenko in March of 2019, and he told Solomon, that in April of 2016, the Prosecutor General's office was investigating corruption at a nonprofit called the Anti-Corruption Action Centre, when the Ukrainian government was pressured by the U.S. Embassy in Kiev to stop the investigation.  Lutsenko said, "$4.4 million dollars, that the U.S. had sent to help fight corruption in Ukraine, had been improperly diverted, and the U.S. Embassy in Kiev, representing the Obama administration, pressured the Ukrainian government to back off it's investigation of both the U.S. aid and the Anti Corruption Group." I kept looking for justification for the anti-corruption campaign started by the Obama regime, but the only corruption I can find leads back to the people running the anti-corruption campaign. My guess is the $4.4 million and the Anti-Corruption Group are connected to Burisma Holdings. Furthermore, Lutsenko also told Solomon that he was given a list of people that he could not prosecute. Lutsenko said, "I was stunned when the U.S. ambassador gave me a list of people whom we should not prosecute. The list included a founder of the Anti Corruption Action Centre (AntAC), and two members of Parliament who vocally supported the group's anti-corruption reform agenda."

Obama created a corrupt, double standard of justice in America

Obama created a corrupt, double standard of justice in America, one that refuses to prosecute establishment criminals, and he tried to export it to Ukraine. In short, the Obama administration attempted to corrupted the justice system in Ukraine under the disguise of fighting corruption. Everything communists do is misrepresented as something it's not. Anything communists do is always the opposite of what they say it is. That's another reason why I don't believe Biden's claim about Shokin being corrupt. Besides that, Ukrainian President Poroshenko stated, in a phone conversation with Biden, that he had no evidence that Shokin did anything wrong. Biden had to have another reason for wanting Shokin fired. I think Biden feared Shokin would expose real corruption at Burisma, and that drove Biden to force the Ukrainian government to fire Shokin.  Finally, I think Victor Shokin was uncovering one of the Democrat's money laundering and embezzling scams. That's where our tax money is given to foreign nations and organizations like the Anti-Corruption Group, that in turn use front companies and organizations, like Burisma, to divert a good portion of that money back to Democrats, their families and their accomplices. Shokin's refusal to back down from the Burisma investigation, and the Obama administration's fear of being exposed forced Biden to pressure Ukraine into firing Shokin. Nothing else makes sense.
