The dual justice system is still alive and well

The dual justice system is still alive and wellWas anybody surprised when the Department of Justice announced they were not going to prosecute James Comey for leaking confidential documents? What was the underlying excuse for not prosecuting Comey? According to the Washington Examiner, "Justice Department prosecutors declined to go after Comey because of a lack of evidence Comey 'intentionally' violated the law...." That "intent" thing sure sounds familiar. Hillary broke the law and Comey refused to prosecute her because she didn't intend to break the law. This time Comey broke the law and Justice Department lawyers are refusing to prosecute him because he didn't intend to break the law. Translation: Comey can't be prosecuted because he's above the law. Funny thing though, intent is not a consideration when prosecuting people outside of the swamp. None of Mueller's victims got off on intent.

Prosecuting Comey would implicate others, including members of the Clinton campaign, the Department of State, Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA and Obama

Could there possibly be another reason why DOJ lawyers are refusing to prosecute Comey? Well, prosecuting Comey would implicate others, including members of the Clinton campaign, the Department of State, Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA and Obama too. An email from Lisa Page to Peter Strzok is proof that Obama was involved. Page sent an email to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016, that stated, “potus wants to know everything we’re doing.” If Obama wanted to know everything they were doing, then logically, Obama had to be in on it. Moreover, Comey's connection to Obama is more than likely the reason he will not be prosecuted. Anyone who could implicate Obama in the conspiracy to overthrow the President will probably never face justice. Unless they can find a low ranking patsy to take the fall, it's doubtful that any of the conspirators involved will ever face justice. There's just too many of them, and they are all connected to each other. To make a point, Christopher Wray, Rod Rosenstein, James Comey and Robert Mueller are all pals and former associates. From 2003 to 2005, Wray was Assistant Attorney General under Deputy Attorney General James Comey. During that time, Wray and Comey worked closely with none other than Robert Mueller at the FBI. And according to his biography, during college, "Rosenstein landed an internship with acting Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Robert Mueller." Mueller's old pal Rod Rosenstein recommended Comey's old pal Christopher Wray to the President, and it was none other than Rosenstein who appointed his old pal Robert Mueller to go after the President.

The irony is that Comey did exactly what he claimed to oppose; he conducted illegal surveillance on US citizens. Talk about hypocrisy!

Rosenstein also signed the illegal surveillance warrant on Carter Page, and it was reported that he also offered to wear a wire to record the President and even suggested using the 25th Amendment to remove the President from office. In my opinion, if these guys were not working together, in a conspiracy to remove President Trump from office, then dogs don't bark and boats don't float. For those who don't know how it went down, Comey leaked information to the press in order to get a special council appointed to go after the President, and he managed, through his old buddy Rod Rosenstein, to get his old pal Robert Mueller appointed to investigate, harass and prosecute associates of the President, to force one of them to falsely implicate the President in a crime. Ironically, it was reported that Christopher Wray, James Comey and Robert Mueller got together and almost resigned in 2004, "due to illegal surveillance techniques the Bush administration had put in place under the Terrorist Surveillance Program." The irony is that Comey did exactly what he claimed to oppose; he conducted illegal surveillance on US citizens. Talk about hypocrisy! Comey seems to be a walking contradiction. He lied to the FISA court to obtain an illegal warrant to spy on US citizens. He has also been accused of lying to Congress about coordination between the Justice Department and the FBI in the Clinton email investigation. He lied to the President and told him that he wasn't the target of the FBI's phony Russian investigation. In another ironic twist, Comey turned around and accused the President of lying when he testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Judging by what's happening, the dual justice system is still alive and well, and it's not going to change.

To sum it up, the Obama administration weaponized government agencies for political purposes, abused their power, and misused the justice system. However, the injustice didn't end when Obama left office. Obama left cronies in the justice system and FBI to continue the injustice by prosecuting the President's associates on false charges. Prosecuting Gen. Michael Flynn for lying, after FBI interrogators concluded that Flynn did not lie, was a miscarriage of justice. Miscarriage of justice is the conviction and punishment of someone for a crime they did not commit--like Tulsi Gabbard accused Kamal Harris of-- withholding information that would have freed an innocent person on death row. If equal justice actually existed in America, then everybody involved in obtaining the illegal spy warrant would be prosecuted for perjury. When FBI and Justice Department officials lied to the FISA court about the veracity of the Steel dossier, they committed perjury. They also violated the constitutional rights of everyone they targeted, including the President. Why aren't these people being prosecuted? The answer is they are still above the law. Finally, in my opinion, there are just too many corrupt Justice Department lawyers and FBI dirty cops to turn those agencies around and restore equal justice. When the people who run the agencies are corrupt, and they are all connected to each other (birds of a feather), the only way to turn the agencies around is to fire every single person and start over. We just can't trust any agency that hides evidence to protect law breakers, refuses to investigate and prosecute political criminals, prosecutes innocent people and railroads others. Judging by what's happening, the dual justice system is still alive and well, and it's not going to change.
