Brenda Snipes: Boxes Found in Rental Car at Ft. Lauderdale Airport Contained Blank Ballots

Boxes marked "provisional ballots" that were discovered in the back of an Avis rental car at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Sunday night contained blank ballots and other materials such as signs and parking cones, Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes told reporters Monday afternoon.
